Kaschei is annoyed that the battle is taking too long. Clearly Machiavelli is just toying with Raven.

Simona folds her hands on her lap and begins to pray for Raven that he is not killed in the battle against the great black dragon. She is afraid for him.
She looks to the other side of the cell and sees another woman..an elf. She looks weary from captivity and torture.
"Are you going to be okay? What is your name?"

Ki-Lin returns to the international HQ of Red Infinity, and heads immediately to Lady Violet's office. She enters.
"Hello, my lady. I was captured by the rebels, but they have released me. It seems that there was a misunderstanding. Although it didn't make my capture any less irritating... They healed me of whatever it was I had though."

"Your capture nearly sabotaged my efforts to have an armistice between the rebels and Red Infinity. Since I am kind, I will give the rebels the chance for peace. Our negotiator, Mr. Moroii, is there as we speak, trying to broker an agreement."

"I understand, Ki-Lin, but I think a time of peace would give me the chance to make some changes here. My life is dedicated to fighting the rebels, rather than making changes to society that would benefit the masses. I think we need to keep the people in mind, and not our petty political differences."

Deetric seats himself opposite the rebel concuil, his cup of tea by his right hand. He brushes his hair aside. The air seems to be growing warmer, sweeter. Deetric's "awe" flows around the room, capturing each of the rebels as they look at him.
The effects are purely emotional, making each of the rebels feel a connection with the government agent. Surely, they think, this is a man who is worthy of our trust. He's just doing his job. He's our friend, surely he will want what is best for all.
"It is," says Deetric after a long pause, "But in light of recent events, I think that there are conditions that both sides will have to agree to.
Our first and for most concern is size. Unless you are willing to stop trying to reform the people at large then we can go no farther. Violet has conceded this city already, you are free to roam it. But other cities and their people are to be free from your influence and your presense.
Can you agree to this?"

As soon as I depart Dinari Dollar's mansion I locate and purchace sufficient fuel to keep my battleship operative for a month. I then cruise past the banks of Capital City, hoping that Dinari catches a glimpse of what he just helped to pay for.

"We can agree to limit our activity to this city only for a one month trial period. If there are no changes to Red Infinity in one month's time, we will resume our revolutionary agenda. This is something that the rebels would have to vote on and approve with a 2/3 majority," Bassarov states to Mr. Moroii.

I lift my head a little more, to try and make eye contact. What a crazy coincidence, I'm in a cell with the anarchist leader.
"Well... you don't say..." I let out as much of a laugh as my broken body could.
"I'm a syndacalist. I've heard of your group. Can't say I'm too fond of the as'sas'sination attempt, but I love your work... I heard someone put up pictures of Lady Violet on the internet."
