I shrugged.
Okay. I then recieved the note and read it. Indeed it had been smudged, but after looking at it for a few moments, I was able to read most of the note.
It's a rebel concert, I said, handing the note back to Mark.

"Oh no, that is fine. I think it is a good idea. With Gregory's angels and golems here, I think the performers will be safe." Bassarov concludes.

"As long as its cool with the bossman, thats all that counts. Ok so when are we going to have the talent come to me so i can assign spots? I figure we have the young ones first then whomever else wants to go then that chick who was singing in the church and Sephos can headline me then i will be last. I need them all to report here tomorrow morning so i can assign them a mic and get them checked on it. Also we need to go over music with the band and have them learn any new songs like home written stuff. I need them to report to me so we can have this figured out. I want to go through the set list at least once before the concert."
He has been moving here and there fooling with wires messing with amps and giving signals to the sounds guys as he speaks to Bassarov. Garret is in his element.

"You seem to know more about this than I do, so you can gather the musicians if you like. We also have other groups that will be here. Sasha Kropotkin of the anarchists was going to play mandolin, and perhaps the Eternal Light will have someone perform as well. Oh, and Lemminkainen was going to play the Kantele."
Bassarov leans against a birch tree and looks back at the city.

Keitoleinen goes home and rests. He returns to his office in a better mood. He does like Fascia. More than most mortals. She reminds him of his one true love, Astilith, the dark elven mother of Kith. He goes to his office and looks over the reports from his many operatives. He is pleased that on every corner of the globe, no one is safe to worship.

"Well then we need to send word to them somehow so they can get here. I wonder if the musicians will need accopaniment by my band. Man i might want to have them practice first. ok so where are these other preformers? I will need to tell them about rehearsals. And i will need them to be here on time. We have way too much to do to be waiting around on stragglers. How do we get in touch with them Bassarov?"

"Morrigan, Rock, Sephos, and Lemminkainen should be at the church. I will walk back with you. Otherwise, I am not sure how to contact Sasha, the anarchists are not returning my calls." Bassarov starts to head back to the church.
He looks at Garret's eye patch.
"Forgive me...but I have forgotten the story about your eye. Will you share it again?"

"Oh, that is interesting. I will have to talk to Keitoleinen about that. It would be a pity to have my son cursed by my god."

"Oh ok.....And no problem.
See i was doing a tour in Australia and i got entered into this boxing tournament for charity. I thought i would be boxing their champion. Well i did but it was a kangaroo. I held my own pretty good up until it kicked my in my stomach. So i punched it in the jollies. Well he wasn't happy so he used his thumb and gouged my eye out. They had to put him to sleep after that poor guy. But he wasn't the same after i punched him anyways...."

Keitoleinen overhears the conversation in Fascia's office. He enters the room.
"It is true that I do not care as much for light elves as I do dark elves, but really, that is all a bunch of religious propaganda spun to turn light elves against dark elves, and light elves against me."
Keitoleinen turns to Fascia.
"If there is some curse on your son, I would gladly remove it. I harbor no ill feelings toward you or your son, nor the light elves. The elven wars stem from their own warped religions, not for any prejudice I hold against them."

"Oh yes, now I remember."
Bassarov is sure that the story involved a vulture poking out his eye, but he does not correct him.
They walk inside the church and start looking for Lemminkainen, Sephos, and Morrigan.

"Yes, wonderful." Kakashi runs a finger along the wrappings around his face, "That would be nice of you. Uncharacteristically nice."

"Ah, come now, I can be quite nice when there is good sex involved."
Keitoleinen turns to Fascia.
"I admit that I am an utter and complete bastard, but I will gladly heal your child of this curse. I am your employer. I value your service as my secretary. Any one would do the same. Now then, let us go to the child and I will undo this curse."

"I hope we can find them. It seems this little operation of yours has taken off. I don't remember there being this many when we first met Valodya."
He is not sure if he will know them all. Garret knows Sephos and Morrighan. But he is not sure about the rest.
