"I am not sure this is a wise idea right now, with all the opposition groups springing up. Anyway, Genovia was being trained for the expressed purpose to kill Hope 98. I think we need to think things through. Kith has been loyal to Red Infinity."

"Umm....," Kai said, he quickly looked at the map, "I am right behind the park in a really big treehouse I made....."
He looked outside to make sure he had said really where he was.
"Uhh, yeah right behind the park in a oversized treehouse..." Kai said.

Zero follows Kos-Mos outside, turning his scanners on low. Perhaps it wasn't the best idea, for he needed to know many minutes before that the enemy was coming.
Turning to Kos-Mos, he asks, "Kos-Mos, do you think that I should keep my scanners on High and leave the chance of them detecting me or low, lowering the chances of me detecting them?"

Capital City... I guess I could use a trip.
I call up Kai on his cell. Waiting for his answer, I slowly pace around the church.
Come on... Answer... I want to get this over with.
The " Beep, Beep, Beep " sounds.
Dam'mit. I guess going alone wouldn't hurt.
I hang up and search around for Bass.
Where are these " Anarchists " anyway?

"I don't see how they could detact you unless they had a computer or android."
Kos-Mos says.
"My scanners pick up no Red Infinity member, how 'bout yours?"

"I was asking just as a precaution. I always think the enemy is one step ahead of me... not because I'm great... but because I'm pessimistic.
"To answer your other question, not at the moment. But being my pessimistic self, I have a very bad feeling about the concert. Either it will go well of end in tragedy..."

Kos-Mos stops and turns to face Zero009.
"Zero009, tell me... should I turn on my human feeling chip? I've hear people say I shouldn't be so... non-'feeling'."

Zero almost freezes at the question. Here is a complex android asking him a question that he has been fighting for the past several months.
To be or not to be, that is the question? To be human, or not to be, that is the question...
Zero's eyes almost filled with tears that he had never experienced before but he managed to hold them back without a hint that he might be fighting them.
"Kos-Mos... I cannot answer that question anymore than I can answer myself... to act human or not to act human... to be an android, to be the person you were meant to be. For warfare, I would say be an android, it helps take the guilt away from inflicting pain.
"Me? I have to keep it on all the time.. I can't just switch it off whenever. I'm bionic, obviously, but its harder than you think.
"Sorry to go preachy on you but I've been having a hard time with my life due to that one problem.."

Kos-Mos tilts her head.
"I see."
Kos-Mos knows how the android must feel snice to understand human feelings was programed in her.
"The reason I have human #1267 program is to be able to suscessfully understand humans fully and interact with them."

"It's almost as if they meant to keep me tortured... perhaps they just didn't have the resources to make a fully mechanical one of me.. I would've lived a happier life then."
"And I still don't know if one of my brothers is out there... still stalking me... I was one of nine. Hopefully, I destroyed them when I escaped, but I'm sure they must've created another."

"Just turn on your scanners fully and make sure no one is following you. You could always have some one you trust that is good with mecha remove your human feeling chip."
Kos-Mos says.
Kos-Mos relizes that probably didn't help.
"Um.... I'm sorry?"
Kos-Mos says unsurely.

"Sorry to be like this. I'll just keep my scanners on full and shut up. Hope we have missed anyone in this little conversation of ours. Also, having someone remove my feeling chip is a big decision right now, as I have been living with it for a while now... but hey, thats LIF.. haha, get it? Sorry... bad joke, man. If I can keep pulling ones like those, I think I'll keep my feeling chip in!"

"Your humor in the face of doom is hardly helpful Zero."
Roland rises out of the darkness, keeping step with KOS-MOS.
"You left rather suddenly. I assume everything is functioning properly once more."
