"Why is that Alkonost? Is he looking rough?"

Patrick awoke cold and shivering, wasting the remaining strength he had to keep warm. He some how made it to his feet and began hauling himself towards Janele's scent.
Within five hours, PAtrick found himself at what appeared to be the sealed entrance to acave. He raised his katana and took a weak swing at it. The change in weight caused him to fall over and slash it on his way down. Nothing happened to the steal prison bars. He began to scratch at it with his sharp claws.
How pathetic it must have looked to see a once strong cat demon, using the last of his strength to try to claw through bars that would never give way to him in this state. He had long since fallen asleep, but his body kept clawing the bars in an unconcious reflex to save Janele from whatever evils James planned.

Vandela remained calm, letting Lachek touch her. She wanted to tear away his face, her own twisting into a horrifying chortle and then a cackle that shattered glass and devastated the most bravest of men into the most spineless of cowards. She spun around, catching him by the throat.
"Do not touch me... or I will kill you by blood starvation... the most painful way for a vampire to die..."
She studied his features, finding him not so unattractive. All vampires were charming and beautiful creatures by nature, even to other vampires. She would let him live, for now... he might not be so lucky if he sought her again.
"Never let me see your shadow again... or, I will make good on my threat... now, go... I have business to attend to..."
She stepped deeper into the darkness, seeking out the soul of one who had just joined battle with a Ministry of Terror servant. She already knew that he was to be put to death for failing to protect the woman Vandela was interested in. She had been set free by the man's actions of self-destruction. She knew him, it was... Antero Black. Like all minions of bedlam, Antero was not a normal man by any standards. He was different from those who merely preached timult, he practiced it like a high form of art. She admired him deeply for that.
She travelled to the deepest layers of the Ministry of Terror. Most likely the closest place to hell on earth. She stood before Antero's cage, and beckoned for him to awake.
"Antero Black... your purpose goes unfulfilled... you must awaken, now... and live to serve to sow the seeds of dissaray..."

I open my eyes, and I remember this woman from chaotic fragments of a past that I can not remember.
"My black queen of chaos. You have come for me. Show me the way."

Toivo decides to take a walk in the park after planting his vegetable garden, he sees a familiar sight: The Swan of Tounela. He does not want her to see him so he gets behind a tree and watches her.

She pulled away this time smiling with a thought racing in her head...was she a lost goddess?...nah.
"Oh really? well then perhaps you shouldn't be a priest for about an hr or two. Just take a small break. For the sake of humbling a goddess."
She pouted and poked her lip out a bit.

"Do you mean to say that somehow Toivo is young again? How is that possible?"

Vandela thrust her boot into the lock, shattering it and sending pieces skittering all over the floor. She swung the door open, and lifted Antero off the floor. She carried him in her arms as she stepped up the myriad flights of dully colored steps. She came to familiar corridors, her boots clacking on the hard, stone floor. She knew she had already drawn attention to herself, and did not wish to waste more time than she needed to.
She looked down at Antero, he began to stir.
"Do not wonder why I have saved you... it is the whim of chaos... and one such as yourself has not fully lived their purpose, thus you are spared from the jaws of death today, Antero..."

i hear something and get up, i see patrick outside the bars. i grin and think about killing hi,. i shrug and get up. "... well well.. so you made it.. but you wasted your energy". i make two of the bars slide down and i pick him up, i pull him inside and lay him down near janele. i sit down across from them and close my eyes. going into a light sleep. i close the bars again, " i wonder if the girl would teleport. or if she will stay to see what i have planned..."

"Thanks my dark queen. Goodbye, join us sometime..."
I walk off away from the scene. I do not look back. She is the most alluring woman I have ever met.

"It is good to see you again, Alkonost. You are my dearest friend." I hold his hand for a moment, then walk ahead of him.
