"Hello? Tarsky? I have an update on the anarchists. I have found a current headquarters in Captial City but Antero seems to be out. From conversations I heard he seems to be going solo. Last I heard was that he was making more bombs since he was buying uranium. Do you want me to get these anarchists or continue searching for Antero?"
