The Dream of a Ridiculous Man

[Zshar-ptitsa]

"Me, I have been lying on the ground for a month or two. You see, I ran into a tree and became uncontious. Well, somebody didn't care enough to look for me, so, I just lay there.

You here that, Jim? You think I will be more willing to do your chores now that you dont care about me?"

"I was going to kill him, but being knocked otu really didn't help that aspect of my mission!"

[Illidan]

"You should be kinder to Zhar Ptisha, Kaschei, he is the only bird that you have..."

Illidan turns to Zhar Ptisha

"Would you like a s'more?"

[Zshar-ptitsa]

"Sure, I love that, thanks.

I agree, I am the only bird you have, Jim. Why, werent it for me, you would...Well, never mind. But, whatever.

I'm sorry I didn't complete the mission, I hope you can forgive my sorry tailfeathers."

[Kaschei]

"Very well...have your little fun...I am going back to my fire...."
Kaschei sneers at Zhar Ptishsa.
"When you are done wasting time, your mission is still to kill Alkonost and Swan of Tounela....make sure you get me one of Alkonost's feathers.."

Kaschei rushes off back to his smaller bon fire with Machiavelli.

[Illidan]

Illidan makes s'mores for Kaieka and for Zhar Ptisha. He hands the s'more to Zhar.

"Here's you s'more and there's s'more where that came from!"

[Zshar-ptitsa]

"GOD! No respect, no respect at all! Its always: kill birds, or kill a goose, or kill a robin! Never kill Bassarov! God! I may e a bird, but I wok out of my species!"

I take a bite of the s'more. It is yummy.

"Thanks for the S'more!"

I yell over to Kaschei," So Jim! What happened while I was gone? Louhi back, or anything?"

[Illidan]

Illidan looks at Zhar and eats a s'more. He puts another marshmellow on a stick and holds it over the fire.

"Master Kaschei did indeed revive the goddess. Unfortuneately, something is wrong and her soul is in a child named Vaara."

[Valodya Bassarov]

"You are a good friend, Toivo. I don't know what I'll do now. The funeral is tomorrow. I know the rebels need me, it is just hard...I have lost my passion and motivation, sunk into a chasm of paralyzing darkness..."

Bassarov looks out at the ocean. There is a full moon and a sky full of stars.

"I feel better though Toivo...thankyou..."

[Ukko]

Ukko, in his old man form, walks into the office of Lin-Sat. He clasps Lin-Sat's shoulder with his skeletal hand.

"Good job dealing with Violet, Lin-Sat. The power was getting to her head. You sure put her in her place..."
He laughs.

[Keitoleinen]

Keitoleinen takes a stroll through St. Petersburg. His mind is heavy, and he does not like it. He thinks about Kith and how he will be purged from the party. Keitoleinen debates whether or not to act on his behalf. He decides against it, each time he considers it. But some doubt remains.

[Antero Black]

I walk back to the apartment. I see Chaos and Misery standing on the corner near the apartment. I walk up to him and slap him on the back.

"Good to see you again, friend. Have you come to rejoin the vision?"

[Usha]

I heal all of the people in the medical area and am very tired. I think about the Eternal Light. Genki had me join them, but I am not sure what that means. I also heard that Karhu is starting up a rebel movement for Ursarians.

I wonder if I can be a member of both.

[Lady Violet]

I go home, not sure why Lin-Sat hit me. He normally is much nicer. This just does not make sense.

In the sanctuary of my home, I sit in front of the television and watch the state news. I relax with a cup of coffee.

[Kisa Higurashi]

I decided to see Usha. I felt a pang of guilt for not hanging out with her as much.

I found her in the medical area.

Hey Usha! What's up?

[Virgil- The Prophet]

Virgil sits on a log in the forest, leaning forward, his head leaned on his hand, his index fingers rised, supporting his face.

He's thinking about life. His life. Something he doesn't usually bother with. But sometimes, it seems something that needs to be done. So far he'd concluded one thing: he really missed Trish.

That wasn't new of course. Anytime he let himself think he thought about Trish. The other Hunters said it was unhealth that Virgil's only sane moments were memories of his lover.

They thought she was dead. But of course she was just sleeping. She was just alseep. Someday she'd wake up.
