Kaschei goes to his study. He thinks that this collaboration with the Ministry of Science is indeed a good thing. A better thing would be to reprogram Hope themselves. Since Hope could serve the Ministry of Terror rather than the Ministry of Science. Why should Omadon get the credit and the android? Kaschei considers it. The more he does the more appealing it seems. He will run the idea past Lady Violet and see what she says, though Lady Violet will likely side with the more peaceful Ministry of Science.

Illidan decides that he will continue his search for his father. His journey takes him to a hidden island in between Russia and Japan. He soon learns that this very island is where Hope and fellow rebels have been hiding out. He wonders why his father is there? Does he support the rebels? Or perhaps he was sent there by Red Infinity? Illidan remembers that his father served Red Infinity autonomously for some time. He walks through a garden maze, which leads him toward a palace. He enjoys the garden maze and takes time to sit at a pond with koi and exotic water lilies.
