The shadows bend, slowly streaching in all directions, not by the suns infuence, but by some other force entierly. They come together between two buildings, and swirl around and around for a moment.
Slowly, the shadow becomes a phisical form, reaching for the sky as it winds its way up around itself over and over again, the shadows behaving like a thick goo.
It reaches the size of a man, and a man it becomes. He stands, his cape flowing in the wind, the sun glinting off his pitch black armor, and he grins an evil grin.
"I am free..." Satsujin says as he lifts up his hand, looking at it like it is suprising.
"I am FREE!!!"
Satsujin lifts his hands to the sky as it slowly turns black, the clouds darkening far beyond the blackest raincloud.
Suddenly the Earth splits beneath his feet and his celebration is put to an end by a jet of hot steam erupting to his left.
"What in the abyss?!"
The surroundings, Chi-Kage, are enveloped in bright light and heat, and Satsujin with it.

Satsujin bubbles out of the grassy feild in the form of black goo, slowly reforming his phisical body.
"D'amn... 1,000 years I try to get back to the source and when i do?! Boom! I'd like to get my hands on whoever had that bright idea..."
Satsujin takes a look around, only to see a large strangely green grassy feild. He shudders.
"Uugh... Far too natural around here..."
He glances to the south and jolts with realization as he spots several figures on the distant hill. Yet something feels strange. He frowns.
"Hm... Why do I feel nostalgic when I look over there..."

\((it would be useless to fight if the city wasnt there.... the whole battle is to gain control of the city so red infinity could control it. not so it can be destroyed.... tehre would be no reason to fight

Sakura steps forward and nearly falls over. He stepped in some black goo. "Yuck." He kicks the goo, wipping his feet on the grass and continuing forward, looking around. "Nuke... fission and fusion... very nice. I think I like whoever did this..."

Satsujin yelps.
"OW! What the he.." Satsujin says as his voice fades out, turning to see a man stepping on part of his essence.
He grumbles, then turns back to the others on the hill, thinking he should go investigate.

Tensuo smiles, then looks out across the feild to the other side, where the Red Infinity Operatives are. He continues to glare at them, but his eyes, for some reason, are drawn to the feild. He does not pay it any mind though.

"I'm going to pull back the rebels. Hold off any Infinity guys who try to stop us. Once we're away you can follow!" Jyin turns and rushes off to help the rebels, leaving Tensuo, Calithin, and Surma on the hill.

Tensuo's eyes had rested upon a dark figure in the feild, all else becomming unimportant. He bairly heard Jyin's words.
"Huh? Yeah. Of course."
Tensuo unsheaths his sword and prepairs for battle.

Juri appears behide the group of Red Infinity members. She looks around confused.
Juri leans back to see behide herr and sees the operatives it haven't even noticed her.
"Eeek... how'd I get here..."
She sweatdrops.
*I should leave... wonder what they're doing here through in a grassy plain...*

Satsujin calls the rest of the darkness that is himself to him, completing his form.
"I wonder what has become of this world... I need to investigate before I put my plans in motion..."
Satsujin melds into the shadows, becomming one with them, and all at once, he knows the experiences, hardships, powers, and feelings of every being on the planet through their shadows, save for those that have none. He learns of Lady Violet....
Satsujin melds from Lady Violets own shadow, appearing right in front of her from nothing, suprising her greatly as he grins his evil grin at her, his black abyssal eyes seeming to suck her very soul into them as he looks in her own.
"I presume you are the one in power, Lady Violet..." Satsujin says, turning his head to the side and tweaking his voice creepily as he says her name...

Jyin? Oh boy would this be fun...she had been enamored with him but had fallen in love with Grove. She gave an uneasy smile.
Sure Grove lets hurry then. He dissappears fast you know.

Grove smiles as he grasps her hand. He hurriedly walks toward the last teleportation booth he saw, walking because he doesnt want Roane to get hurt if she accidentally trips on her new white dress of sand.
They reach the booth, and take two subsquential booths to get near Chi-Kage. They walk a short distance into the woods until coming to a huge clearing of grass. Grove smiles as he breaths in deep.
"This is Jyin's doing. Such purity."
His head snaps to the side, spotting Jyin.
"There he is... Come with me."
Grove smiles back at her as he walks up the hill toward him, Roane in hand.

She looks at Grove and follows. She smiles her best smile and hopes that Jyin is not mad because the last time she had seen him she had kinda flirted and her she was with one of his brethren.
She held tightly to Groves hand.
