I hold out an energy orb at Lemminkainen. It is a deep red, it swells in my palm, changing the natural lighting of the area.

I step between Genovia and Lemminkainen. I grab her arm, the one that is holding the energy. The energy is near my chest, but I am not afraid. she is my long time friend. love is a more powerful force than hatred.

"I WARNED YOU!!" I let loose the energy. It blasts through Genki's chest leaving a huge bloody hole. Only Lemminkainen and I are left stading. I say nothing to the Finnish warrior.

i didn't think she would attack me. i lay on the pavement and look up at Lemminkainen. i know that very soon i am going to die. i wonder what to tell him.
i smile at him.
"tell hope...to show her mercy...."
i close my eyes and the pain ends. to think i will finally get to meet my ancestors.

I set Zex on the ground and crouch by Genki's fallen body. I check his pulse, but see that his heart has stopped.
I look at Genovia and my eyes are a little wet. He was my best friend. Like, he would never hurt anyone. How could she do this? How could she become so heartless.
I look up at her and have no anger. Only sadness. She killed my companions, and now this.
"Why?" That's all I can ask her. Why are things like this? We had so much fun together. We traveled the world together. Things weren't supposed to happen this way.

Satsujin tilts his head to the other side as Lady Violet walks out of her office.
"Hmm. Lin-Sat. Sat sat. Haha!"
Satsujin rolls his head around in a way that makes his neck look broken, just before his body disperces, making the shadows take over before they revert back to normal.
Satsujin appears from the shadows next to a building in a city, one which he does not know.
"I need to talk to Lin-Sat sat then... Means I need to find him. Think I will do it the old fashioned way this time, and ask. Haha."
Satsujin starts to walk through the city, waiting to find someone that might know of his whereabouts.

Damien comes walking through the main doors, making his way into the main lobby. He looks up for a second and spots Autumn.
"Hey! How goes it? You took off from the parade pretty quick."

I pull a hunting knife out of my mukluk type leather boots. Lemminkainen has made himself vulnerable, crouching over Genki. I stab the knife into his back. His body falls ontop of Genki.
"BECAUSE THAT IS LIFE!! THAT'S WHY!!"
I walk away from the bodies. My mission is Hope. I will find her..and destroy her.

Genovia's cruelty is astonishing. I wait for her to leave. When she is gone, I check on Genki. He is indeed dead.

I pull the knife out of Lemminkainen's back and see he is still alive. I heal him quickly and whisper into his ear....
"Go to Hope, tell her to leave the city. I will keep Genovia busy...."
I walk away from Lemminkainen, and check on Zex. He will be all right as well.

I do not know why I aided these rebels, but it seemed the proper thing to do.
I catch up to Genovia and pretend like nothing happened.

I get up off the ground. Why did that red infinity guy like heal me? Man, I have to find Hope and tell her all of this bad stuff that happened. We like totally have to get out of here. I pick Zex up and start looking for Hope.
