Leaning back on his desk, Zero replies, "Well.. for one thing... they ban everything everyone holds sacred. For example, religion. Everyone must follow communism or risk their life and everyone must go as they want or once again risk their life. In addition, the economy just stinks. People live in poverty without any hope of ever getting out. Only the capitalists seem to have any money around here. We rebels have to salvage what ever we need. That about wraps that up."

Grove smiles, slightly embarrased as he is spun around in the air like a child, regaining his composure as he is set down. He is still smiling when he lays a hand on Jyin's shoulder.
"It is nice to see you brother."
Grove's smile changes as he looks at Jyin a little different.
"That feat took more out of you than I thought... Course, I could feel it several hundred miles away..."
Grove looks at the ground, an expression of thought across his face.
"In this state we cannot do what I had hoped... and..." Grove motions to the Red Infinity Operatives on the far hill. "It seems you are slightly busy at the moment... I will have to wait to ask you to help me."

The aura dissapers and thier is a silver bell. I throw it to Zero and catches it. "It's a Silver Bell. I was saving it for a good time, but you rebls need it more then I do. What it does is bring down all communication anf power going on in an powerful organization. In this case red Infinity. It only does it for one hour. So I suggest you use it wisley. This is only a one time thing. The Silver Bell is made by a silver rock planet deep in outer space. It is only made every decade. I hope it helps." I said with a smile.

Thier is a very very huge storage room at the bottem of the ministry so you can use that." I said

"Not much. Suprising enough. We've decided not to invade RI HQ, go in guns a blazing, and try to rescue our leader, despite the fact that I would've liked too.. but thats besides the point. For now. We try to survive and help the public."

We will travel to the jail and free your leader. Or I can pretend to capture your best leaders and takeyou to one of the cells. The handcuffs I'll put on you can be easily broken and save your leader that way. We can accomplish other things while were their as well." I said
