Would clones every happen to be modified/enhanced in any ways by the cloner?

We use the word clone loosely here, since some clones are people whose genetics are derived from someone, but who are more powerful or who have been made different from the person they were cloned after.
Violet is a clone of Mao Zadung, but was enhanced with demonic genetics.

And how is it done? Similar to today's animal cloning method? A copy/reconstructed nucleus in an emptied cell, replaced in a surrogate mother (except it's actually a secure and sound process, of course)?

For many aspects of the rpg, we don't maintain any sort of scientific accuracy. We leave things to fantasy or imagination. If you are thinking of a clone character, you don't need to explain the exact process of how it was made.
