One question.If someone has a higher post than the other,does that mean the person with the higher post is stronger than the person with the lowest post?

In theory it would mean that, since the more posts you have the more powers you could have chosen.
But in my head, there are set characters whose powers are independant of posts.
Thus the top 10 most powerful characters are
1. Ukko, who never fights or does anything, so really doesnt count
2. Lin-Sat
3. Violet
4. Fate, since he can not be destroyed
5. Kaschei
6.Surma, but he can not use his full power/Calithin maybe
7.Genovia, will surpass everyone and become a greater threat once her training is complete
8. Kith, when he transforms
9. Hope, but her powers are unrealized
10. Genki, but he doesnt know it or fight
So if you fight these characters, yours would likely not win, regardless of posts

Bass is right though, alot of the people on the site have sort of, unoffical power that places them above others based on their choices of what sort of character to play. Still, there are different sorts of power.
Example: I'm a deity class of fighter. I use energy and mysterious forces and crap like that. If I go up against someone like Peter or Trent then I've got great odds. Our powers mix in such a way that it's hard for them to hurt me. But against another deity, it really could go either way.
Deity fights are the crappiest fights on this board because no one ever wants to take a hit. I personally like a good DBZ style energy battle.

Wonderful, half the people on my list. I must say though, if I have to lose it makes me want to avoid all of those people.

You dont have to lose and those people are powerful for different reasons.
For instance, Genki is very powerful, but never fights, so would lose a fight. His powers reside in peacemaking.....
Even if you are less powerful or not rated on the list....
you can defeat those people (except Ukko. Lin-Sat anf Violet) through other means.
There are many characters I did not rate...but could fall somewhere along there.
