I am only happy when I am causing people problems. That is power. To make people suffer. Since you will never be on the recieving end. But, I am not that person right now. I hate it. I have become somehow weak. I used to be so numb and above it all. Now I feel just pain and sadness. I want to go back...why did this happen? I write.

Real power is the ablility to influence people without using violence or fear. It's far more challenging. Violence is useful sometimes. I am technically a terrorist under Red Infinity law after all, but really, it isn't the goal. The goal is anarchy. Anarchy is not about chaos and destruction. It's about peace. Destruction for the sake of destruction is weakness. Destruction for the sake of destruction is desperation. Maybe if you're tired of destruction, you should find something else. Everyone needs something in their life that keeps them going. Simona has her god, Bassarov has his ideals, and Toivo has her love of nature. Destruction eats you alive. Every time I hurt someone, I feel like I lose a part of who I am. I get a little more dead every time. I don't know if it's that way for you. Eveyone is different really. Some people see destruction as art. I see it as heroin."

"I understand. Maybe it was all just destruction for its own sake, since it made me feel on top of things. I liked that easy power. I think maybe...I did believe in peace at one time. I loved Simona for her ideals about it. But I am just another guy who admires her.
We walk toward the park. I feel confused. I wonder why Zinn even bothers spending time with me.

Zinn and Antero walk into the park. There is a swingset, a jungle gym, a pond, and a park bench. It is a small park, and obviously rather old. The walls surrounding the park are covered in ivy. Besides the bench there is an oak tree. It's old and knotted.
"Do you mind if I go on the swings? I haven't been on a swingset since before my parents were killed. I used to love them. We had one in the communal backyard for our appartment building in London."
