I am glad to be back at the LIF base so I can relax before my hunter training starts. But d'amn, my legs still hurt.
I walk to Yuber's lab and enter. I need SOMEONE to check out my legs. They should have healed by now.
"Sorry to bother you, my dear Dr. Yuber, but my legs are killing me. You see, an ice demon froze them and they have felt numb ever since. Mind taking a look?"
I smile innocently at the doctor.

Dmitri blushes a bit as his uncle speaks of grandkids.
"Yes uncle i shall do my best to uphold the lineage of the house of Lee. And i shall be back as soon as i can with my love."
Dmitri summons Mehnah and mounts him and thinks of Kallen. He uses the door and finds himself following a ways behind the two. He had to find a way to get closer to them. He could act as if he were sorry for before.
"Hey Kallen...Maeda...Could you guys stop for a minute. I'd like to talk to you please."
He shouted over the wind. He knew the priest could read thoughts so he kept his sorrow for the events and his remorse surfaced. He was truely sorry for the way things went afterall.

Bassarov sits on a bench, but does not notice the woman sitting next to him. He leans back and rests his arms cassually on the wooden back rest.
"Pleased to meet you Samuel. I am Valodya Bassarov, leader of the rebels based in this city. Are you a member to any resistance groups? If not, you are free to join me."

Nicholas puts one of his sword right next to Hera's jugular vein.
"Whos this then? Yuber, who's she?
Nicholas looks Hera straight in the face, eyes like funaces.
"And what did you say about demons, girl?"

Peter slowly reads through Hera's training report. The data collected is promising, though she's not the best operative they've ever trained. She wants to be a Hunter but she doesn't seem ready.
How to test her? Each Hunter's test was different, usually assigned based on the current problems of LIF. It was basically a Hunter Mission. If they survived, they were in. What could Hera have to do...?
Peter smiles. Yes, that would be perfect. Of course, he'd have to follow her. As her tester, he was supposed to make sure she went about it alright. And in this case, he'd probably have to help out... Still, it would do nicely.

I reflexively drop the picture at the voice.
I am Valodya Bassarov,
My jaw drops as i feel something. I slowly turn and see him not but a foot or so away on the bench. I could touch him if i wanted.
I close my mouth and turn my head back frontwards. I smile and lean back again.
"So Valodya...visit any good dungeons lately?"
I continue to look forward as i cross my legs.

"Thank you Bassarov. I think that if you think we can bring down Red Infinity, then I will believe you, join in your resistence, and aide you personally in any way I can."
Samuel's tears are still fresh, but his eyes glow with an intesity equal to that of any of the greatest conflagrations.
"I will fight for you, and for all of the children of the world. I couldn't save my own, but these," Samuel gestures to the children in the street. "I will defend with my life."

I glare at Dark Hikari as i brush myself off. I smile and bow thankfully at Riku. I hug Ikue back and smile softly at her.
"Don't worry, i'm alright" I mumble to her. I turn to Riku.. "It's not about YOUR power, it's about mine." I continue, rolling my eyes slightly.
With Dark Hikari around I was very frustrated.
I remember what she said and blushed, looking down at the floor, I glanced at Riku slightly.

I laugh at Riku's comment. I roll my eyes and yawn.
"That's for me and Hikari to know, and for you to find out" I said plainly, glancing at Hikari with a smirk.
"I would have thought you would be happy that I'm out of your head. And don't worry, i'll be gone soon." I continue, with the same smirk.

Lilith had been laughing when the explosion hit and she fell backwards. She felt the pain as a mortal would. How could that be? She coughed up blood as she tried to stand. She was still far from being seriously hurt but d'amn did it sting!!!

"Nicholas, I didn't warp you here so you could murder the new recruits! Kindly put down your sword," A stelleto snakes out of Yuber's right hand cuff. "or I will be forced to use force. She is my patient and I will see to her, you have what you came for, now kindly leave my laboratory!"
Yuber notices Peter.
"My Lordship, I am truly sorry for that sad display of temper, forgive this humble wrech."

"Great I can show you around the base. We need more people like you. Compassionate and dedicated..there are so...f..f..." Bassarov turns pale at the sight of the woman next to him.

He gets off the bench startled and ignores Samuel completely. He becomes shaken and grabs the bench for support.
