"I just know that I'm not the one to help, and you're tired... We can go whenever you wish Valodya."

"Sure I can walk you back to your place."
Bassarov and Zero walk away from the scene, leaving Fei in the hands of Ashen.

Ash looks at Bassarov. "No, the id is unconsious. Both are, that means that he is back to a normal sleeping stage. The id will only come when...Fei? When Fei is stressed. So we should keep him from combat situations at all costs. I really must speak to this one who calls himself Id." He realizes that Bassarov left with Zero. Since no romms where given to him, he transports Fei back to his library in Bejing and lays him down on his own cot.

I lead Bassarov back to my apartment. "Well, here we are." I state as we reach my room. The interior is spartan and drab. In the main room is a large plywood table covered with tools and bomb parts, as well as a laptop computer. The kitchen is small, clean and simple. The bedroom is equally simple, with a plain-looking double bed and a plywood bedside table. In the main room is a small couch facing a small television. "It's simple, but it's sufficient for my needs. And it's a lot better than what I used to have."

I take a deep breath, adjusting myself to the new settings.
"What... what did he look like?" I ask, trying to start the conversation.

"No this is a fine place." Bassarov assures her. He sits down for a moment and takes off his black coat. He notices his white button up shirt is stained with blood. "Do you have any bandages I could use?"

"Hmm? What was that?" Ash is already up on a ladder to get some books for Fei. He slides expertly down it, landing perfectly with books in hand. He walks over and clears room on the night stand. "Didn't quite hear you?"

My eyes widen slightly. "Oh! Of course." I run off to the bathroom for a moment, and return with some sterile gauze, surgical tape and sulfa powder. "Will this work?"

"What did he look like? My other self."

"Sure, thank you." Bassarov unbuttons his shirt and sees a long gash along his rib. He disinfects the wound and covers it with a bandage.
"Well, that went well. I suppose some debris got me as it was flying into the back hole. I should go now I guess."
Bassarov gets up, but somehow is hesitant to leave, though pressed for an excuse to stay.

"It's fine, you don't have to leave if you don't want to... In fact...... I would rather you didn't leave." I walk into the kitchen and return with a glass of Siberian cherry juice and a glass of water. I hand the juice to Bassarov. "You should let the would close before you move too much, so you really should stay here awhile."

"Well, from what I saw, which wasn't much, mind you, he was a tall man with waist length red hair, like a freshly cut wound. His cloths were of a cut I've never seen. All black with bit of yellow and some of the other colors thrown in. His voice was deeper then yours but not by very much, mind, just a bit. His clothing was more of a jump suit than a shirt and pants. His face was plae and ghost-like, with black bit of his suit along his cheek bones and across his head covering the back as far as I could see." He smiles at Fei. "But enough of that, do you want tea?"

He takes the juice and takes a small sip.
"Ah, I suppose you are right. I am sure that no one will care or even notice if I don't return to my apartment. It is not their business anyway."
He drinks the rest quickly and sets the glass into the sink. He feels once again at an emotional standoff. "You seem tired as well. You should get some rest."

"no... I've been getting far too much sleep lately. I more need to talk than I do to sleep." I sit down on the couch. "The more I think about it the more I believe that I truly am in love with you. I'm not sure if that's a good or a bad thing anymore..."
