I walk purposefully towards the door that I had knocked on before and pound on it hard.
"Mr. Bassarov, are you there?"

i glance at the phone hen back the hall to violets door where set was asleep. i sigh and stand up. since when did people call her?.... i pick up the phone. ... ah... hello...

"Riku, I am having a hell of a day. I wanted to ask you if you would rejoin Red Infinity. I would quadruple your pay, making you one of the highest paid non-minister operatives that we have. Anything you want, I just need...help." I tell him desparately. I know I can get the Ashen situation under control. They key is diplomacy of course.

Bassarov was pleased when someone came to the door. It gave him an excuse to get away from Kassenia, who terrified him more than attracted him, though the two could have been related.
He goes to the door and sees Fei with Ashen. Both look distraught about something.
"Hello men, what can I do for you?" He says a little less confidently than normal. He watches Kassenia from the corner of his eye.

After delivering all of the newspapers, I sweat like crazy, and my arms hurt.

I head back to RI and I walk inside, taking the elevator to Lady Violet's floor. I stride over to her office door and I knock.

i frown slightly. .... violet...., sorry, but no. i dont care about money... hell i probably still have a few hundred thousand dollars in my old account... even if it is a generous offer... i cant... not after what they did.... i glance at the base for the phone, thinking about hanging up on her but decide against it

I give Brady a quick kiss goodnight and run off to my own room.
I hop into bed and cuddle with my polar bear toy.
I quickly fall alseep and dream about rainbows and unicorns.

Ashen walks up behind Fei and speaks to Bassarov. He looks meaningfully at Fei. Don't say anything

"We just need rooms for a little while. We are very tired. Fei here has already joined your cause, and I am an... old friend of his... and we need rooms"

I open the door for Chao and complete the conversation with Riku.
"We really are short staffed. There must be something you can do? Anything. You stay at my home with Hikari. My own house...I opened to you. Isn't there something I could give you in exchange for your service once again?"

Bassarov can tell that there is more to this situation than he knows.
"I will let you stay at my apartment. One of you can sleep on the couch and another on a cot. I would not want the rebels at the base to be endangered by your presense."
Bassarov swipes his hair back nervously.
"This would be temporary until I can find something more suitable for you two. But at least you will be safer here with me than elsewhere."

He turns to the two rebels.
