I turn to the newcomer, and grin maliciously.
It seems his taint is taking hold. This is excellent, I must advance it further.

I slash a jagged cut into my chest with my No-Dachi and call forth a huge cloud of taint that billows forth, engulfing myself and Irvine and moving quickly outwards, towards Simona.
((Irvine that should bring you up to all mental effects from Minor and Moderate taint effects and one mental effect from Severe))

Mac goes and acts as if he will strike at Kaschei hard but merely punches him lightly in the arm. His nature returning fully now.
And what makes you so sure you could defeat me eh? I seem to remember many times i bested you my friend. Many times...but then again we were young back then. Come let us away from these versions of ourselves. It would do us no great thing if we stayed. We may disrupt the past even more so than we already have...And why don't i remember this happening? My memory is impecable...
The fire is out of his eyes and they return to the golden yellow they always are. He puts an arm around his friends shoulders walking away from their youthful versions.
You do know i would have won eventually...even if i had to die as well you would have died first my friend. I am that good you see.
Mac laughs heartily something he hasn't done in a very long time.

Bassarov is very alarmed by seeing Violet in his home. In all his life he has only met her a few times in person. He is thankful for that.
He watches as she leaves as suddenly as she came, but Ashen's ties with Red Infinity are now quite lucid to the revolutionary.
