Cid awaits the General in a comfortable lounge on a Quid Starbase.
War will be quite profitable for the Quid Empire since it will result in human slaves, and LIF is thought to have some of the most advanced humans to ever exist.
Once their minds are properly destroyed, they will be strong slaves and may serve in the highest houses of the Quid Empire.
While he waits, he snacks on a deliciously salted Ursarian brain. Something he obtained from his last visit to Earth.

After a brief stop at the starbase I once again open a wormhole and finish the trip halfway across the galaxy to the Quid base. I am recieved promptly and when I reach my host I say "Greetings. I am General Vladimir Ivanovich Kolov, Minister of War for Red Infinity, as well as the Western District Superintendant of the Coalition of Indipendant Worlds."

I don't even remember the realm of cat demons I have been living with humans so long. So your stories are really interesting. I could listen to them all night long

"Pleased to meet you, General. I am Cid Sepia representing the Quid empire. We are interested in the invassion that was proposed to us, since it would afford us more brains and slaves. So I am here to see what you require of my people."
Cid shakes the General's hand. At the moment he is in his elf like form since his true form is normally quite repulsive in the eyes of other races. When he shakes the general's hand, he attempts to use his mind powers to determine the type of man he is.
But as soon as he looks into the General's mind, he sees an ancient evil, and pulls away, closing his mind and pretending nothing happened.

" Well....the realm isn't filled with just cat demons, our kind is slowly disappearing from the world, which sucks" Askura says looking at the pic that he had drew of her. " Hey that is pretty cool" and then up at him, " Ya....Do u know any stories? Of cat demons?"

I was raised around humans, so no, I guess I don't. I am pretty human in everything I do. I don't think there are many cat demon anarchists in our land

We have devoured the brains of all intergalactic diplomatic teams." Cid replies. "In the event that our invassion of Earth falls under their scrutiny, we will simply do the same." He takes another large bite of the soft salty Ursarian brain. Then dabs his lips with a cloth napkin. "Anyway, we are not worried about any of the united planets who claim to work towards peace and alien rights. They are too weak and idealistic to truly thwart our empire." He smiles slightly. "I am interested in speaking with Earth's leaders if such can be arranged."

"Of course such a meeting can be arranged, that's why I'm here." I say, somewhat irritated. The CIW is not a peaceful organization, more like a front for trade between indipendant worlds coupled with a military alliance in case a member planet should be invaded... The last large interstellar war was four hundred years ago and had resulted in the destruction of several planets, all on the opposing side. I do not want a repeat of that incident due to bad diplomacy...

Askura lets out the breathe she didn' know she was holding, She would've been shocked if he couldn't change. thats the whole point of being a cat demon. " Wow, siamese, i just look like an ordinary black cat" Askura says changing also, "the only difference it that i have a sun mark on my paws" Askura says holding one up for him to see. " I really only change into my cat form to well fight or hide from my advisor, or crazy people, but mainly my advisor" she says changing back.

Cid senses that the General is not pleased. His eyes dialate and his skin changes to purple. He considers attacking him. But judging by the brief mind reading, he determines this is unwise.
"We see the universe differently than you since we mean to enslave all races under our empire. We are not keen on diplomacy and are skeptical of all planetary alliances. I did not mean to offend you. As for meeting with the leaders, I know you have connections and can arrange this, I simply was uncertain if this was wise since we tend to abduct humans for food, slaves, and experimentations." Cid explains calmly. His eyes and skin return to normal.
"Set up this meeting, and I will attend. I have nothing more to say."

"Very well." I turn to walk out of the room but stop just before I reach the door. "I ruled the Earth for two centuries, ending just over 500 years ago. I have dealt with your race in the past, I know what you do and what you are capable of. As I am certain Lin-Sat does too." I let the words sink in for a moment before stepping out of the meeting room. I am not worried about offending him like this, on the contrary, showing a forceful attitude is almost always nessesary when dealing with conquerers.
