"Looks like my teleportation ability worked perfectly.." He said, turning his grin into a demonic one.
He spots Thomas in the halls and walks toward him.

Thomas says telepathically to Ceph and he poens his eyes.He stared right at him oke hes looking right into his soul.
"so your going to finish me off....."
Thomas said and he stood up his hands still at his side.He waiting for Cephs first move.

As I am invisible and undetectable, I hop into the car. I am fairly sure this man does not have the appropriate papers, but I am willing to aid a fellow RI operative. I surreptitiously slide a piece of paper into Serena's free hand.

THomas looks at him trying to figure out his move.It was hopeless.He would probably end up in the prision cell again.

Ceph closed his eyes for a few seconds and opened them again.
"Very well..." He muttered.
He dashed at him at a blinding speed.
He thrusted one of his swords forward, aiming for his stomach, deciding to test his reflexes.
