Matsumura waits.... and waits..... and waits. "What is taking Devan so long? What's he trying to do, bore us to death? Let's see," says Matsumura as he begins to search for him telepathically. "What's this? Beijing? He's in Beijing?! Well, I guess it's safe to say.... we're safe," says Matsumura to everyone. Matsumura sends a telepathic message to Devan. "Thank you. I know what you're going through more than anyone else ever will. Perhaps Keitoleinen was right, you and I do have a lot in common. Take my advice, don't resist love. If you give into it, it'll make you whole. If Keitoleinen asks you about me, tell him that I told you I was still on your side, so that he can rest easy," says Matsumura through the telepathic link. Matsumura knows that this is not true, but he would rather lie and live another day than tell Keitoleinen that he will not work for him anymore. Matsumura turns to Varsha. "Provided Devan doesn't take a u-turn and head toward Finland, I think we're safe. So let's make a day of it," says Matsumura.

Hikari smiled back and hugged her, burying her face in Lady Violet's shirt.
"Thank you so much, for everything. And yes, i would love to go to the zoo! I haven't been there since.. err.. nevermind." She chirps.
Hikari was excited to go to the zoo, she hadn't been there since forever. She started jumping up and down in excitement.

It was sort of fun actually. She really has no taste in clothes. But we got her some new outfits and fixed her up a little.
I cross my legs. I wonder if he knows about his dad and her, well, it isn't important

Matsumura chuckles to himself. Of course, when you're told to mind your own business, you never can. "Hey Devan, have you ever heard of Shingen Takeda? He was a Japanese warrior and leader of the Takeda clan. He was supposedly the most just clan leader of the time. His greatest rival was Nobunaga Oda, leader of the Oda Army, a very, very powerful army of it's time. It's funny, how rivals in battle could be so courteous to eachother. The way they conducted themselves was fascinating. In the end, their legacies were cut short, and their clans were replaced by the Sanada and Akechi clans, but when they lived, they lived as Gods. They were the first humans that I actually could learn something from. It appears we won't be fighting today, so let's be friends. If we happen to do battle some other time, so be it," says Matsumura in a telepathic link. Matsumura turns to Varsha. "So, what do you want to do?" asks Matsumura.

"I am taking Hikari to the zoo at the moment. Hikari is a girl who lives with me. I take care of her so I suppose you could consider her my adopted daughter."
Which reminds me that at some point I really should do the paper work to grant myself custody of her.
