((I will go over this one time, and one time only. I have things to do today so you can have your bloody sex scene.
a) If you are familiar with the Ninja, then you know that they would have a wide variety of tools and weapons with which to accomplish their tasks.
b) Not only are they trained to use them, they are trained to move well with them. The weight of the items is minimal, if that, the heaviest thing there is probably a sai and those are really light, as are the rest of the weapons. The smoke and flash grenades weigh next to nothing, as do the shurikens and kunai. The weight on the rest of the equipment is negligable, it's no where near enough to weigh someone down or hamper their movement.
c) It is not as if they place their weapons in random location every time they go out, that will get you killed. A ninja has a specific location for each one of his weapons, and can access them as needed. Due to the extensive training it would be somewhat faster than it would take for you to whip your hand into your pocket and pull something out.
d) It doesn't matter too much to Relentless what the A.S.S. guidelines are, he is not the most emotionally stable, nor one of the nicest people in the world. As detailed before, he is extremely bitter with what happened in his past. He sees his work as a crusade to purge the wicked from the world, and anyone who displays any hint of sexuality must go. He's a wild card, as it were. If it is a lesser sex act he may be willing to allow someone to get away with less of a punishment, but he is still incredibly harsh.))

((...., and you said that why?. that is just a waste of time to type.... for one thing, shuriken, even though weigh close to nothing alone, about twenty of them do weight alittle bit, and they need a place to go, as does the rest of your weapons, and the sai isnt the heaviest they would carry... that would be their sword, sais feel like they are hollow.....
i know they have certain places to put it, but they still can only carry so many, and they would hamper they movement alittle...,
and you dodged all of eric's attacks, even after his speed, agility, reaction time, stregnth and all was increased. and he didnt have any weapons on him.))

Melethni laughed, "Do you?" She pulled herself to the side of the tub and slowly stood. She smiled. "I'm fine. I'm a strong Elf Nymph." She grabbed a couple of towels and gave him one to dry off on. And wrapped the other around herself. Then she yawns. "Hmm... I must be tired... I guess I'll be in the bed, then." She looks back at him before she went to the bedroom and sat on the bed, well.. more like fell on it, and sighed, before she closed her eyes and sleep came swiftly.
