Of what I've seen, after Cassandra, Eris is the biggest threat, and would probably be the next focal point."

((I've been trying to figure it out myself, I know it was done before, but I've never seen anything that detailed exactly HOW it was done. My theories are either that they managed to somehow hold it with their tongue in such a way that they wouldn't ingest the poison, or that they held the dart partially outside of their mouth so as not to touch the poison, allowing their mask to conceal it. I'm going with option B. And wouldn't enhanced reflexes be knocked out as the power nullification nullifies anything that goes beyond what a normal person is capable of except for electronic enhancements, which the EMP is supposed to take care of?))
I drop down onto my back, under the kick, and slash upwards with my nekode, using the arm movement to roll to the side with my attack and away from danger. After rolling three times I push myself up and jump to my feet, claws extended in a defensive stance.

Hikari bit her bottom lip, and looked down at her lap.
"Don't think i don't want you to stay.. it's just that i don't think you should.. i'm not even sure if that makes sense. Why don't you try leaving for at least one day, and see how it goes?" She mumbled, still gazing outside.
She just had this feeling.. that nothing would work out.

"Mercenaries are usually good for this. Another thing we may be able to do is trick one of the rebel parties into doing it. If we can cause the rebels to believe that the Bloody Violets have some reason to attack them, or perhaps vice-versa, both parties would probably go into high alert, worst case scenario, or begin attacking each other, best case scenario. No matter the outcome, however, so long as we strike while they are focused on each other, we should have little trouble in bringing them down, one by one if necessary."

((... actually, the enhanced reflexs where the augmentations that i got after you used it, due to the fact that he never really fought before now.... and no, even so, i do have protection against that EMP blast....))
his nekoda cut the back of my right leg and i turn when i land and kneel down on my left leg, almost losing my balance in the process, "your really starting to bug me", i get up and glance to my right at melethni then look back at him, i bend down slightly and then charge at him. *without that nullifying attack... he would be dead right now*.

She had enough of hiding, it was time to take action. Something... Melethni gripped at her longsword, Irima. Some things had been strewn about during the fight. And she could see a way around, while being kept hidden. I have to help, somehow.... She didn't plan to just stand there and watch it all go to hell. She kept hidden and silently drew out her sword. May the goddess protect me..., she prayed. She came out of hiding right behind Relentless and slashed her sword right at his back....

I consider who I could send to talk to Heaven-lee. I suppose I could meet with her in private.

I take a sip from my cup. I feel bad fighting against people who work for Red Infinity, but they are a threat to me, and I only do it for my own safety and the safety of those I care for.
"How was your day? I spent some time with Chao, who I am grooming to be my replacement. He is good hearted. If ever you have the time, you should meet him, perhaps you can pass on some of your wisdom to him. I would like for him to marry Hikari someday, since he will be world leader, and I do not wish for her to end up with a rebel traitor like Riku."

*so she doesnt want me to go, but she asked me to go for a day.... that makes alot of sense.....*, i sigh and look at her, still frowning. ... hikari...., look, i know that if i go.... that mat and chao would be here to protect you, but from what i have seen, they arent really strong... chao is no more then a normal human.... he doesnt even seem to have control of his manala.... and i would never forgive them or myself if something happened to you, if i would put them in charge of protecting you.... i look away slightly, ... tell me... what is this about...., you didnt answer me last time i asked...., . i look at her again. ... why do you want me to leave all of a sudden.... , *did violet put her up to it?... but even so... why would she.... she said she forgave me for what happened....... is it because i didnt accept her offer to rejoin red infinity?*

((I am aware you are protected from my EMP. If it isn't an electronic, though, it is nullified, the field is a continuous effect. Anyways, I'm getting tired so I'm going to start wrapping these things up.))
I dive to the side, away from both attacks. Retracting both my nekode, I reach into my gi and pull out two identical, nondescript black pistols.
"This has gone on for too long." I say. "I have other jobs to attend to."
I release the safeties in one practiced movement and unload a salvo of shots at both of them, unloading two full clips. This done, I turn and vault out of the building, moving out of the teleportation field and teleporting away. I am pretty sure that that was enough to kill them, but if it wasn't then I can always come after them again later.

Hikari sighed and shook her head slightly.
"I gurantee you, nothing will happen to me. I'm not as weak as you might think i am, but yes.. i am young.. i have Lady Violet, and that definitely counts as something." She said, running a hand through her hair.
Hikari collapsed on her bed, and shifted into a comfortable position.
"I... I... I honestly don't know. But i really do think that you should leave. At least for one day.. and see how that goes." She mumbled, burying her face in the covers.
'I feel so weak.. so hopeless.' She thought, closing her eyes.

((oh come on.... two clips...., within the amount of time it would take you to take the safety off, i could have dodged out of the way of your aim and knocked it away..... as i said, the room is small...)),
i see that he starts to pull out two pistols, my brain tells me to get behind a supply rack but it also says to protect melethni, i grab a stack of pans off of the rack and throw it just in time as he fires, the bullets, even at close range stick into the pans, but dont go any farther, but they do cause the pans to stay in place between shots. i smile slightly as i stagger back, hlding my chest. i slide down the wall satisfied that melethni was safe...

I suddenly feel extremely dizzy, but the notion passes soon. I place my hand on my forehead in an attempt to stabalize myself.
"I would very much like to meet this Chao. Hikari has a sweet disposition, and I believe it would be nice to meet them. I wouldn't mind teaching them, I have some experience with leadership during my time with the Shu."
For some reason my forehead feels extremely warm.
((-Relentless: Though the room is small, Relentless has been an assassin for quite some time and he knows his weapons, not to mention that his outfit is specifically designed for his use, which would mean that he could easily flip the safety in almost no time at all. Not to mention that that action was supposed to be performed during the dive, I probably should have worded that more specifically.))
