Keitoleinen teleports to Mexico City. He stand atop of a building, and decides that today he is going to make life more interesting by infesting the city with a plague of africanized bees and vipers.
He loves plagues of vipers.
He opens his mouth, and from it pours the plagues upon the helpless masses.
