Hidden under a pile of rubble, I clench my laptop with sweaty hands and white knuckles. I hear something moving around.
"S-s-stay b-back!!!! I'M NOT KIDDING!!!"
My voice cracks.
I look closer, and see that it's Zinn. A wave of relief washes over me.
"Oh thank GOD!"
I push the wall off of me, trembling slightly. I drop my laptop and run towards her, I wrap my arms around her suddenly.
"Did you see that?! Oh MAN that was so cool!! I have never seen a dragon before!!!"
I try to make light of the fact that I'm completely terrified. I jump, and take a step back.
"Ahh err... S-sorry Z-Zinn....."
I clear my throat, blushing a little. I just notice that Ivan is in the room.
"Oh hi Ivan!!!"

((Thanks John.  ) Seeing the Dragons flee, Zero pockets and sheaths all the weapons, slightly disappointed he wasn't able to test his latest contraption. However, seeing the base in ruins made him worry more about the people inside than anything else at the moment. Knowing fire and smoke could do little to damage him, he thrust himself inside, looking or any stragglers. |

"Destroy the base?.... No, that's simply not good enough. They can always create a new base. It's destroying the people inside that counts. DRAGONS! DO NOT CEASE FIRE!!!! SHOW THE REBELS WHAT WE'RE MADE OF!!!!" shouts Aristotle. Aristotle continues to fire his Psionic Blasts at the Rebel Base.

I was sleeping in my room when the dragons started to attack
In all lthe chaos, it took me a while to figure out what was going on
I run to the lobby and spot Wyrm and Zinn. I rush over to them, a large gash on my back from one of Aristarchus' silver shards
"I got a text message that the rebels are meeting outside the city in some caves...I think we should join them..."
I feel the psionic vlast and am forced to the ground
I get up and start running out of the base

"Ahh!, err, no problem. I think my shoulder is broken though," Zinn says, wincing in pain. She is too preoccupied to care about being touched right now.
Zinn is floored by the blast, but she gets back up. That's definitely going to bruise.
"Yeah, getting out of here is definitely a good idea!" Zinn says. Since she has been walking so much lately, she can run faster and not get out of breath as easily as she used to.
