Linnea ran after Kisa and finally got to the cave they were in. Running to Garret's side she hugged his face.

<The rebels are given the illusion that they have a chance, then crushed underfoot well before they even stand a chance of over throwing a post office. It's almost funny.>

Kallen sits as her mind reels. She can't stop thinking about Dmitri. About how he was so much different than Maeda. He actually seemed to care whereas Maeda treated her as a trophy of sorts.
She knew she still loved Maeda but her heart held feelings for Dmitri as well. She kept thinking about the differences of the two men. She was so confused. She didn't know what to do. It was all too much for her.
"Maeda...why is it when i try to talk to you about serious things you do not talk with me? Rather you ignore it and move on to whatever you want to talk about...like when i wanted to join the green party...you said thats nice love. Instead of talking it out with me. It was you do what you want. I got no discussion...nothing...why?"

She wanted to be alone with him, but that wouldn't be possible, so without realization she pulled out her wings and cupped them around the both of them, her gentle feathers brushed his face.
