"I know but it happens. Sometimes things are so overwhelming we cannont control it. He may mean well, but we all trip up after a little bit of pressure its just natural. Please just forgive him. It will give the rebels another chance to work together and show the rest of the world what we are really like. Maybe then we will get more that understand us and rebel againt Red Infinity. They are too afraid they need something like this to open thier eyes."

[Zinn]

"Excuse me, while Irvine is being quite irritating, I thought Green Party members were pacifists. I don't think killing Irvine is a very nice thing, nor is it responsible. Please release him. We're allies after all."

[Andrew Kasher]

Andrew puts out the food.

"Um.. sorry.. but um, I don't want to be bossy or anything but, if it's not too much trouble, could you not smoke in here? I have a balcony if you want to smoke after dinner or something, but I'm very sensitive to smells, and cigarettes are very strong smelling. It tends to linger and it irritates my lungs a bit. It's kind of unpleasant.. so um..." Andrew says.

I laugh at Irvine, his attention span is comparable to Antero's.

"Yeah, cave in sounds bad right about now, Irvine..."

I turn to Zinn.

"My favorite character is Neelix on Voyager. Even though he's a Talaxian, and a little obnoxious at times, I think he is the most human of all the crew. There was this episode where he met this scientist who created a weapon that destroyed his homeplanet with a big nuclear-like weapon, very Hiroshima. The doctor seemed infatuated with nothing but science, the number of dead on the planet was simply a statistic for him, until at the end of the episode, you realize that he was actually trying to bring back to life the people on the planet."

[Zack]

i glance at zinn. "allies?.... tell that to him, he is the one that tried to blind a rebel....., so forget it, im not letting him go, and yes normally most of us are, but sometimes it takes some action to get things done". i look back at irvine. "no, i think they like you better... and i wouldnt struggle too much if i were you...."

["Zero" Americanski]

"I... I'm sorry. This is your home, and you can make your own rules." I take a last drag then extinguish my cigarette on the heel of my boot. No coffee, no cigarettes... No meat! How does he survive?

[Mikhael Nadyezhda (Mischa)]

I take the cigarette, and put it in my mouth, almost lighting it subconsciously, then put it behind my ear.

"Thank you, Zero."

I watch as Andrew lays out the food.

"Thank you, Andrew."

I take a bite.

"mmm... for not having any meat, this is really good, thank you, you're most kind for serving us both here."

["Zero" Americanski]

"Yes, thank you Andrew... And sorry about my mistake.. Pretty minor compared to some others I made..." I hold the fork badly, until recently I never used cutlery, and taste some of the pasta. It is quite good. "Mmm. This is good. Thanks again."

[Irvine Kinneas]

I close my eyes and the vines fall to the ground, having nothing to attach to. My shadow dissapears. I walk out of the pile of vines and to the other side of the cave, where I sit down again. I finally reopen my eyes.

" So where's that yo-yo? "

[Sasha Kropotkin]

I smile.

"It would be an honor to befriend the great Valodya Bassarov. When we seize power, we'll be sure to give you a good name in the history books... Comrade... I'm probably going to be in Helsinki for awhile, and help the rebels get back on their feet. Not sure where I'll be after that. But since teleportation booths exist, I won't be far away."

[Zinn]

"I think I saw that episode. My favourite character is Data on TNG. I know that's really cliche, but I can really relate to him. I always felt sort of like a robot before I started getting into rebel stuff. Plus, I love all of the nods to Isaac Asimov, like his positronic brain. The episode "Mask" really showed what a versatile actor Brent Spinner was. I also really like Odo on Deep Space 9. That episode where Garak tortures him is just... really powerful. It made me cry. Seriously. "

Zinn turns to Zack.

"Look, the rebel base has been destroyed. We are rather weak at the moment, and this is not a good time for infighting. Plus, if you squeeze him to death, we'll have to deal with guts all over the floor and the walls, and frankly, that isn't pleasant for any of us. Please release him. This is not proactive action. All this will serve to do is cause more conflict."

"Um, I was sort of bluffing. I don't really have a yo-yo."

" Oh, well then I'll just draw. "

I take out my M4A1 assualt rifle and start to shoot the wall, making designs.

[Valodya Bassarov]

"Good, there are many things here to rebuild. But once rebuilt, normally things stand stronger."

Bassarov laughs and turns away.

"I am going for a walk. There is someone I wish to talk to. I hope that I am able to. It was nice..."

He walks away from Sasha and from the ruins of the base.

[Andrew Kasher]

The smell of Zero's cigarette burns Andrew's throat. His eyes sting a little and they tear up a bit. He turns on an air purifier in the corner in hopes of getting rid of the smell. He cleans up the cigarette ash before sitting down.

"Thank you. I really enjoy cooking. It's sort of a hobby I guess."

Andrew starts eating. He chews really slowly, savouring the taste. Then, he pours himself some of the iced herbal raspberry tea from a pitcher. Andrew lets out a small sound of pleasure.

Andrew blushes. "Um, sorry.. I also have a really sensitive sense of taste." Even his ears turn pink.
