Half Lost in Silence

[Roane]

Roane can feel nature and there is hardly anything speaking and what is speaking is in such distress it makes her cry. She hadn't expected the devistation to be so bad. She lifts her hands to help transfer energy but drops them to her sides.

Grove the damage is too far gone for me to do anything it seems. WHat can i do when so much is lost. I...its so horrible. They cry....you hear it too i know but...its so heart breaking...

[Fei Fong Wong]

I nod and hop into Weltall-2, flying towards India.

[Brady]

" I always wanted to go to Japan... but I guess I can stay. "

I turn back to Sakuya.

" Sorry for bothering you. "

I erase my name under 'Japan' and write it under 'Helsinki'.

" There! "

I am glad am I staying in Helsinki. I would've been lonely without Usha.

[Garret thingysure]

I lean against the wall, I hit a nob and the wall swings opens to some secret area. It is a wide space with a kitchen, lobby, and some beds

"Hey check this out, a secret area!!"

We look around.

"Like, it looks like the finns already built something down here..."

I start looking at some documents.

"This was created to resist the Russians in the Fourth Winter War of 2420 c.e. It looks like they never completed it though"


((yes this is hokey, but whatever))

[Usha]

"Thanks Brady, you make me really happy."

I give him a bear hug and a bear kiss, which is like a regular kiss, but stronger.

[Linnea Korpela]

"Very interesting." Linnea looked over his shoulder.
Wow, what irony.
"Well we can keep this our little secret." she smiled up at him and kissed his cheek. "My prince."

[Grove]

Grove holds Roane.

"I know, and I can..."

He had hardened. He was no longer a leaf, so easily blown away by a gust of wind. Now, he was a strong tree. Standing firm against the wind. He would endure the wind without bending. His fate was to either grow, or be broken.

"I am going to start moving the plants back over areas that have been all but lost."

[Brady]

I kiss her back.

" So what should we do now? I say we clean up the rubble of the left over rebel base. Maybe some of the materials are still intact. "

I walk outside and to the base.

[Garret thingysure]

"Well Bassarov and Mischa might want to know. Do you know anything about history and why this might be here, doll? I don't really know anything about Russian or Finnish history."

[Mr. Futsu]

There are several questions about the identity of the one who sent the anthrax, how close we are to catching them, and if anybody else was infected. Then one question about Lady Violet, and it turns to the Ministry of Terror questions.

"...so the report that was given to the press by the Ministry of Peace was fabricated?"

"Yes, it was believed that a rebel had infiltrated the group, and sent out the report in order to have the credibility of a Red Infinity organization. This was found out to be the case, and the rebel was sentenced and tried according to our laws."

"But the one who made the report, Aung San Suu Kyi, has been a loyal an-"

"That is how rebels infiltrate our ranks, they gain our trust, and stab us in the back when they get the opportunity. Next question."

"In regards to Helsinki, you claim that this was a natural disaster, which triggerd a secondary explosion from careless storage of homemade biolagical, chemical, and explosive weapons?"

"That is correct."

"Don't you think that maybe it's a little bizarre that natural disasters continue to occur around rebel encampments?"

It was bound to be asked...

[Linnea Korpela]

"Hmmm I suppose so." Linnea frowned.

"I have to go change and get my paint anyway. Want to do it now or wait?"

[Mr. Futsu]

"Natural disasters occur all the time, we simply highlight the ones around rebel encampments because the rumors that spread immediately afterwards by the rebels, is bad enough to make me come up here and do damage control."

"Mister Futsu, there are on average, about five major natural disasters every year. Three of those just happened to land on where the rebels were staying. Isn't that a strange coincidence?"

"What are you implying?"

"I'm simply saying that maybe there is something that's not being told here, I'm a journalist, it's my job to question. We've heard the 'natural disaster' scenario before. Besides, the damage reports from within Helsinki are incongruent with a natural disaster story. There are untouched houses standing next to crushed houses, houses that were allegedly destroyed by acid..."

"You know, you're right, everything I'm telling you is fabricated. Red Infinity has invented a weapon that allows it to selectively stomp, and drop acid on targets the size of a house. This isn't a daycare miss, this is a press conference. Keep your children's stories to your children. Next question, and a serious one this time."

"I'm not fini-"

"I said next question."

"And I said I'm not finished, I dema-"

"You are in no position to make demands, security!"

Security escorts her out. Not silently might I add.

"Now, any more questions?"

The crowd is silent.

"Then a good night to you."

I leave the podium.

[Usha]

"Yeah! Lets get a bulldozer again and move the rubble, that was super fun!!"

I jump up and down,

[Mikhael Nadyezhda (Mischa)]

"Alright, we can start immediately."

I stand up and turn to Valodya.

"Is there anything else you need of us?"

[Brady]

" Ok. "

We walk back to where the building was built. It's almost finished. I teleport inside the bulldozer and then teleport next to Usha. I grab her hand teleport back to the demolished rebel base.

" So do you want to drive it first? "

I question Usha.
