Half Lost in Silence

[NiLato]

After a few minutes Nilato looks up from the bowel. "You really are serious all the time, arin't you?" Nilato says before finishing the noddles.

"Thanks a lot.."

[Ruby]

Ruby glaces over the manu.

"I'll just have what you're having. I've never really tried any of these foods."

She says smiling warmly.

[Janele]

[glow=maroon,2,300]"Ahh, I see. Well we better get back to the base. I have some work left to do."[/glow] She says looking at her watch.

Janele looks back up and gazes over at Brian. She smiles at him as she waits.

[Brian]

Brain gets up and follows her.

Yes, I'm sure we have some work to do.

[Ivan T. Boomstar]

"An experimental woman.... I like that. But be warned, it's a little spicy. You should like it though. It's mussels, scallions, and shrimp with pasta in a spicy marinara sauce. I'm sure you'll love it," says Ivan as the waiter takes their menues and goes to the kitchen with their orders.

"So the rebels might get split up now. Sounds like they're going to make some bases for the different sections. I hope I get to go somewhere nice. What about you?"

[Miho]

Miho was alittle confused, but happy, by her brother's return. But he had said she had left him, not he left her. She skates down the streets of Helsinki which she had taken a telaportion booth to since there was probably alot of naturl ramps to skate on.

She sighs, skating left and right to avoid the few people on the street. Skating always made her feel better, but now right now.

[Steve Fox]

Steve's face twitches as Yamato twists his arm. "And you have no style at all." Steve grabs Yamato's other hand with his left hand and employs his Brawler Style.

Steve pushes forwards, pushing his fist over Yamato's shoulder so the man's arm his across his own neck. His left hand pulls Yamato's away from his body so both hands are now in use and pratically imobalized.

With a swift switch in his footing Steve puts his leg behind Yamato's and bends the Minister's knee, forcing it to bend. At the same time he throws his on weight backwards, pulling Yamato into a fall him. A stretch of the shoulder and elbow moves Steve's arm to the opposite side of Yamato's head while still holding the man's arm across his neck as long as Yamato holds into Steve's fist.

The result is a makeshift DDT drop.

((By the way, there's nothing about above average strength in your stats or your powers. Steve is way stronger than you physically. Also, while we're on the subject of stats, you have a defense of 10 and an endurance of 20. You can't take many hits.))

Gregory simply watches her without changing expression. "Serious? As opposed to what? How else could I 'act', as you put it. I am me. What else would I be?" He apparently doesn't understand NiLato's statement.

I walk up to Zinn, who can not hear telepathy, so I write her a note

"Sorry I ran off. This is a new anarchist." I write quickly

[Ruby]

"I like spicy foods,, and.. well i really don't care. I've been to alot of places.'

Ruby says plainly.

[Yamato]

((Ok do you know how cheap this is? Your doing like 50 things to me, and I don't have even 1 reaction while you do all of this? First off your auto hitting, second every good post should normally have 1 to 2 actions, not 14. And yes I did count how many actions, it has at least 14 if not 20. Its ridiculas. Stop playing for me, and modify your post..Recoil man. Think if I block your punch, I'm obviously not going to punch 10 times stronger to you. Besides as Yamato goes along he will slow down and be out for the count soon. Until then be fair.))

Nilato blinks and stays quiet for a few moments. "Well.. like.. smiling alot i um guess... and.. always explaining things like a teacher.." She says.. alittle unsure of what words to choose.

[Ivan T. Boomstar]

"Well, there's always a spot for you at..... ummmm.... well wherever I'm going," says Ivan with a chuckle.

"I wouldn't mind staying here in Helsinki. I have a feeling it won't really matter where I go. I'll be going back and forth anyways."

((It seems we have a conflict of writing styles.

The way I learned to play is when a character does a complex move, such as a grab, the actions flow together. Steve made one attack, which involved a continuious series of actions. You write your own reactions in your next post.

Anyway, you can rewrite the actions in your post to put your spin on it. If one or more of those movements to complete the hold failed then you restate the actions in your own post.

I never said he hit the mat. I stated what Steve did. If, for example, Yamato released Steve's fist, his hand is now free and you can repost that you escaped the grab and that Steve just fell onto his back.))

It is early yet and few are stirring, the tangerine light of the dawn is only just peaking above the horrizon.
I decide to take a walk out to the garden to enjoy the freshness of a new day. I see that the gardener is awake so I approach him quietly. I think he is startled, for when I speak, he jumps a little.

I did not mean to startle you, I was just admiring the hydrangeas.
I think of Iltanesh and wonder when he will return. Although he is capable, I worry about him now that he spends his time with the rebels. I hope that he is well.
