Smoky tenticales slowly reach along the ground like a sickening fog, sliding towards Nijlon. They slowly move in a circle around her feet, licking at the sheild around her like water at a stone.
"It wants to corrupt everything." He glances down at the tenticales on the ground and narrows his eyes. They stop and recede, vanishing once more. "Sorry about that. It can be over eger. And my control is not what it once was. You see, any living thing that comes close to me..." Roland guestures at the melting bird, "Well, it's not pleasant."

Ookami finally rests easy. She seemed alright but he still had his doubts of her. Ever since his packmate had become what she was he was weary and wary of all people. He looked at her with his golden eyes narrowed.
"So you come from Bassarov and the others. How noble to travel here for that. I too did the same but i had selfish reasons as well. I missed my shrine and just got in the way in helsinki. So tell me Sayuka...when shall we leave to the estate? Would you like to rest first. I am sure your journey has made you tired. I will do as you wish. But i have been a bit restless as of late. Would you like some tea?"
He moves into the room and bows to her. He then moves to the door and makes sure it is properly closed and lights a few more candles and gestures her to take a seat.
