I try to decipher what she is saying. There is a huge amount of static on the line, no doubt a residual from the nuclear blast she was exposed to. "Cruella, remember what I said about Zwei? Well it attacked you. I can pick you up and leave you at your home, but I'm in the middle of an errand at the moment." I press the code to get a geofix on her cell. It should be done in a minute.

The red light on my phone comes on, and I teleport to Cruella. I hang up my phone and say "We're already working on that right now..." An idea pops into my head. "Perhaps you could help us negotiate with the anarchists?" I say as I grab her by the shoulder and teleport to the front door of her mansion.

Kaze looked up and saw Zero on the phone. But she still felt paralyzed. Slowly she stood but couldn't really move any further, and stared in Zero's direction.
