Kallen looks down at Coyote's feet. She bites her lip and nods.
"Yeah i guess so. But how will we defeat this Edea? We know nothing of her style. Iivari what does she fight with? Maybe i do have something in my cauldren just for her. And sleep...I will try."
Kallen forces a smile still looking down. She never realized she would miss the many...so many embraces of Meada. But right now she so needed one.

"Come on kid, chin up." Coyote puts his arms around her shoulders and gives Kallen a light hug, not holding onto her for long, just trying to give her a little comfort. She looked like she could use it, she was pale and even shaking a little. Whatever had happened, it was messing with her head something horrible.

It felt nice to have Coyote hold her a bit. Nothing like the embraces her ex had given her but it sufficed. She looked at him and forced a smile.
"Sorry if i seem shaky everyone. But the executions...it took me back to when my coven was slaughtered. I was younger then but it still haunts me sometimes when i see traumatic things."
She looked around feeling very foolish.
"So we are all splitting up for the night? Is that wise? What if they come again? And the Farmhouse? Where the people lived?' She felt even more foolish for babbling like a scared child.

"We're not splitting up. Those of us who can keep to the woods will keep the guard. Swan and I can blend into these woods without notice. You, Iivani and the other two sleep at the farm house, take turns on watch just in case. Besides, I don't think they'll come back tonight."

"The elderly couple disserve a proper cremation. I can stay at the farm house without any problems. I will stay with them and care for their remains for the 40 days it takes for them to pass into Taivas from the land of Lintukotoleinen."

Damascus liked the feel of her against him. Has she snuggled against him, he kissed her again and again and ran his hands through her hair, she seemed to like that.
"I do love you Rayven." He said, looking her in the eyes. "I really do." He hugged her tighter for emphysis.

Kallen swallowed hard. She did not wish to go back to the house where the couple had been killed. But in this day and age death was all around...why was this so much different? Perhaps because they were killed as her family had been? She closes her eyes feeling a bit shaky as the sights and sounds came flooding back from that night.
She shakes her head to clear it and looks at them all hoping they did not think her a coward. However she is shaking with fear from her vision and the days events.
"O...ok. I...I guess...I can...do this. But...this will...sound stupid. Some one...must stay close with me. The nightmares...will return tonight...I am sure."
She hangs her head in shame.

"Hmm... I think I might keep you. Would you mind?" She actually enjoyed talking to the horse she picked up. Too bad she couldn't really talk to it. She liked animals.
"Maybe I'd call you chestnut. You look like a chestn-" Heaven-lee cut off as the horse suddenly veered in the opposite direction.
"What are you doing? I didn't...." Then she realized that the location of Kallen might've changed.
"Okay then..." It was a little wierd, but she urged the horse faster until it was galloping through ruined wood once more and coming back the way it came. How strange...
Up ahead was the farmhouse. What was this horse thinking? As she came closer she could see some people up ahead, she wasn't sure if they saw her or not. But the wierder thing was the horse wouldn't stop. Until she was right in front of the farmhouse and the horse skidded to a halt, causing her to go over it's head and landing hard on the ground.
She lied motionless for a moment, then tried to move.
"Oww...."
