I whistle and a bird lands on my shoulder. I send the bird out to examine the extent of the damage.

Iivari brings Kallen back to the farm house and leads her into a spare bed room.
"I will watch over you. Sleep well."
He waits for her to fall asleep and then gazes out the window for any dangers.

Heaven-lee suddenly felt tons better once she was healed and decided to stand up and go over to the horse. She spoke as she petted it's nose. It didn't seem to understand what just happened to her...
"I saw..." Heaven-lee frowned. "I am.. sorry I couldn't do anything. I have no weapons and my powers are fairly weak..." She looked around at the burned trees and looked down. She really did care about the plant and animal life. The only thing she didn't care about were humans. Her own race...
She turned back to the girl. "I'm Heaven-lee. And judging how you said 'mortal' earlier, you aren't human. Who are you?" She edged the horse with her as she walked back up to Swan.

She had closed her eyes and tried to sleep but it did not come. Her eyes snapped open. He probably thought she was asleep.
"Iivari forgive my...boldness but could you sit closer. I...am afraid. I suppose the flashbacks....are making me...uneasy. I need...someone to...be close to me."
She closes her eyes and sighs heavily. She sounded just like a child. She hoped he did not think any less of her. She opens them tears brimming.
"The raid so many years ago left me alone. I did what i could but i was a child. I...could do nothing...and when confronted again i vowed i would. Yet i still did nothing. You must think me a coward."
She looks away from him ashamed of herself.

What? Never risk... but...
He nodded. If she wanted him to be safer, then he'd do it. Anything that she wanted him to do, he'd do it. Well, almost anything anyway.
"Okay, I'll never risk myself for you." He whispered to her, kissing her deeply. "But I'm not letting you go, is that okay?" He said, smiling like he used to, more of a rougish smirk.
He wnated to touch her. Touch all of her, but that might just destroy the romantic moment, and he was content to just hold her now and cherish the minutes that pasted.

Rayven nodded and sighed. "Thank you..." She placed a lingering kiss on his lips. Then trailed her lips along his jawline, then kissed his neck.
She didn't want to... but she had already done it. She'd fallen in love with him. And it hurt badly, but she loved the feeling and it seemed to filling in her by the second. Tears began to flow again as she kissed him his chest. "Damascus..." Her voice leveled to a whisper once more. ".. I love you...." Her heart felt like it started to bleed and if he ever left her, she would die of a broken heart....

He held her head to his chest, tears of joy flowing down his cheeks. She loved him, she loved him! He thought he could die happy then, but he decided that Heaven was right here, lying on top of him. He kissed her more, running his hand through her hair still. That seemed to be what she liked, so he would keep doing it. He kissed her neck too, resting his head in the crook of her neck. She was so soft and warm, he wanted her now. But he wouldn't do anything until she said he could. So, he was more than happy to just hold and kiss her.

Rayven kissed his chest again and trailed more of them up to his neck. Her own chest hurt with a flame burning inside of her and she wrapped her legs around him. She laughed a little. "I love you, Damascus." Her voice stronger now. "I didn't know when it happened but it did..." She then kissed him passionately on the lips. "I love you and I want to make love to you..." Her legs tightened around him and she began to trail kisses along his neck again.

He took off his clothing, and her's as well, then he kissed her more, loving the feel of her naked body against his. He smiled at her and moved so that he could place his fingers inside her, working her until she was wet and ready. Then he slipped himself inside of her and began slowlygrinding against her.
