Yuber's words echo in Cass's ears but they mean nothing to her. She would never interact with Dante. Ever. Even if they were on a mission, she would still treat him like any other opertive except Haya-Ji and Peter. He would now be known as "The Vulture" or comrade. Nothing else. No memories of kisses and hugs and "I love you's" Those would mean nothing. Love isnt anything but a word now. A word to be looked at, laughed at and shut away as if it were dangerous. No more slitting her wrist. No, she would just kill someone else.
Time to snap out of it, Cassinda. You are no longer Sex Muffin.
Cass takes a long, shuddering breath and stands up. Time to get back to work.
Come on,Kasumi. I am fine now. Lets go see if we can find Peter ourselves.
Cass looks at the deep dent in her door. She looks at it lightly and some feeling welts inside her, screaming and ripping at her heart. She kills it, quickly. Those feeling has little meaning.
She leads Kasumi down the hallway, past Dante's door. She gives it a sidelong glance and keeps going.
He doesnt love you anymore. No matter how much or how hard you try...
Oh... one more thing. Cass takes out her phone and sends dearest Yuber a text message. She tells him how many ways he can kiss her ass. She presses send with a loud laugh and goes outside to her own car. A nice present from Peter for learning new powers. She and Kasumi hop in and they speed away.

Miho's eyes flatter open. She begins to panic, before she realizes she's in Thristen's arms and relaxs. "My God.." She mumbles, finally taking into account about Helsinki being leveled, and how many people died.
"Why is there so much dying?" She wipes her eyes and looks at Thristen. "I'm fine, but you're not. You shouldn't be carrying me, you took most of the blast for me!"

"I'll be okay.." He assured her as he gently set her down on her feet. "I've been through worse then this.." He muttered. He turned his head to look at the demolished city, it was a miracle that he wasn't blown to bits.. probobly because they weren't fully caught in the explosion. But Tristen couldn't help but feel horrible for the people who were... why did things have to be this way..? "This has to stop....something has to be done.."

Ceph's head jerked to the side, only to straighten again.
He watched as Tina teleported one of the prisoners away and clenched his hands into fists.
"Don't do this Tina..." He muttered as he teleported after her.
