It all seemed like a wild goose chase. Nobody had seen Cass or anything and Kasumi couldn't find her herself. She groans, slumping down into a chair in Cass's room.
"Where are you Cass?" She sighs and finally travels from the base. She decides to check Helsinki first and is alittle surprised to see it leveled.
She walks through the rumble, looking for Cass or anyone who'd seen her.

Despair looks away towards the door. He was hoping to have a mission, since these missions make him feel more useful. He isn't sure how to respond to her. Ever since the uprising he has felt more like a machine, and acted less like a human.
"I think Unit 4 is correct. I have harbored many feelings and done many things that are too human."
He steps back from her and wishes that Unit 4 would come in and affirm this.
"In times like these we must seperate ourselves from the ways of the enemy."

"My problem is that I... can't..." The red glow in my eyes fades most of the way out. "Unit 4 is right, I am just a weakling human..." The glow returns and I sit up straight. "Tell me how the attack went?"

"They put up very little resistance. It was the easiest of all the missions since they were pacifists." Despair replies in a low monotone. He is acting much like he did when he was first activated. There is a depressed look on his face, other than that, he displays no emotion.

"Very well. Coprocessor 4391 is malfunctioning, and neither Unit-4 or myself are capable of replacing it. You want a mission, you can do that." I state with the machine voice. Suddenly I find it painful to talk with my real voice.

"No she is not your girlfriend. My son would never date a capitalist." Bassarov whispers.
He stands up straighter and steps away from Lysander.
"So son, want to help me fight a nazi machine?"

God, how he wished he could teleport like Winter. It sucked having to wait like this. He wanted to get back to Helsinki and see if Bass was alright. How long had it been since he'd last take to his distant friend? A couple of weeks maybe? He sighed and walked outside, breathing in the evening air and feeling the soft breeze. He wish he knew telepathy too, that would've helped alot about now.

"I will do that. Good day." Despair leaves Zwei to complete the mission. That is all that really matters. He no longer cares about pleasing her. It is all about getting things done. The greater good must be accomplished.

I have to try hard to keep a straight face. I am not terribly political, but my political beliefs are definately not socialist! Your son would never date a capitalist, yet you date a facist...

I watch Despair leave, and I am rather angry with him. I know that I am being a foolish, selfish human, but I don't care. All this body has ever made me feel is pain, and I am determined to get something else out of it before I find a way to rid myself of it... Oh well, if I can't get what I want out of Despair maybe I can use the human for that...

I sigh. I had sat awhile alone after Helene had left, staring into nothing. I finally stand and telaport to Samuel. -"Hi, sorry I took so long."- I feel so horrible for some reason, I have no reason to be depressed.. Besides all the loses..

Oh yeah, Peter would be happy about this! He'd done it, he'd finally done it! The project was completed! "I AM A GENIUS![/b]" Kade yelled at the top of his lungs. Finally, now he could finally get some sleep. He'd give these to Peter right away! He alost ran out, but then check himself in the mirror. A 27 year old, short haired, good looking man looked back at him. He adjusted his lab coat and the L.I.F. insignia pin he always wore on the collar. Yes, he looked presentible, so now he could go! He ran down the hallway, huffing and puffing, and then reaching Peter's office door. He slipped it under the door, and then stood up, tears falling down his face and he brought his hand up in a fist. "PERFECTION, THY NAME IS KADE!" He yelled, and then walked jauntily back to his room, flopping down on the bed and sighing in relief. This would get him Sigil Sun if nothing else did! Five all nighters to the home stretch, and now, perfection had been reached. Oh, how he loved his bed right now.[/color]

"Okay everyone, let's go to Germany." Bassarov says to the volunteers.
((Anyone who wants to fight Zwei can just pretend that they went with us))

He jumps to his feet and gives her a hug, twirling her about in the air and then putting her down. He kissed and held her close. "I missed you there. So, what shouold we be doing now, dear?" He smiled a bit, but not as wide as normal. "To Helsinki, check up on Bass and them to see if they haven't done anything do stupid while we were gone?" Making jokes was all he could do to not cry. So many people were probably dead right now, more suffering, and he hoped that his good friend was okay, along with all of the other rebels.
