Praying To Machines

Bassarov winces in pain, but remains in controlf of his emotions and himself. He watches the scene unfold before him. It appears that this machine thinks Zwei is too human and no longer wishes to serve her. But he is sent to Barvaria before he can learn more. It was enough to give him hope, even though that hope is just a small fragment.
The world would be no better off if a machine usurped Zwei only to take her place in a more cruel and destructive way.

[Kallen]

((Okies i have been dealing with ppl trying to convert the witch all week at work so i am going to be sneaky to rasputin...sorry hun))

Kallen begins to waver. She begins to lose herself in his eyes. Something begins to envelope her. Kallen is going to give herself over. But then...

The goddess spirit feels this and comes forth. Kallens eyes turn white and glaze over. The goddess has control once more. She looks at Rasputin through Kallens now inky white orbs.

"You dare play mind games to convert? Are not your beliefs good enough to convince this child to praise your lord?"

[Erika "Zwei" Faust]

"Freedom is an illusion created by humans." I say. When the nanomachines swarm around me I let out an electric pulse, disrupting their signal links. I then aim my electron gun at her body. "This human container is weak and flawed, and I would give anything to be rid of it, but that's not possible. Now bow and beg forgiveness or prepare to die."

[Rasputin]

"Fine, so it seems my charms do not work on you." Rasputin closes his eyes in frustration. His lips begin to move, but utter no sound. He is chanting a spell. He suddenly opens his eyes and says the word ...

"Hemophelia"

He waits to see if his spell works on the witch. He has been dead for a long time, and his powers are not as relliable as they once were.

[Garret thingysure]

Garret finally comes to and starts looking for Linnea.

He searches through the city hoping that Wicked did not defeat her.

"Linnea....where are you?" He calls out.

[Ashen]

Ashen saw the hoards of mahinces approaching. Interesting, it'd taken them long enough to respond.
He thought about Zwei and her next moves. Zwei was programmed to act as Hitler would've. So, think like a warmongering physchopath, easy enough. Zwei destroyed Helsinki because she was going to lose something, and she, being a sore loser, another human trait he'd seen in her, she destroyed the thing she'd held sway over.
This Zwei, she acted so human it made him wonder if she was actually a machine at all.

[Linnea Korpela]

Linnea folded her wings around her to protect her, this tornado was nothing she could withstand it.
She could hear Garret but said nothing.

[Garret thingysure]

Garret sees a tornado so he starts walking in that direction. He hopes he catches a glimpse of Linnea, but the tornado is proof enough that the fight is still going on.

As he walks he tries to think of a way to defeat Wicked.

[Wicked]

I smiled. "Lets spice this up.." I said as two firballs materlize in my hands i then throw them at the tornado which is suddenly engulfed by flames and turned into a fire tornado.

[Linnea Korpela]

Linnea's wings started to singe with the fire but still stood it out.
Garret stay away. Please.

[Kallen]

Kallens lips smile...but it is not her anymore. As the blood flows from her she begins to chant as well.

"You have taken this childs mind but i am here as well and she has many suprises you must not know about to pull that stunt."

As the blod hits the ground Uni, Pegasus, and Griffen are all summoned. It seems with the sever bloodloss she can call all of her mythical beings at once.

"I suggest you stop because her pets stay and aide her as long as her blood flows."

The goddess begins to laugh.

Uni and Pegasus shield Kallen. But Griffen. The griffen goes towards Rasputin...

[Garret thingysure]

"Right okay."

Garret hides in an alley, to avoid the fight and to keep Linnea safe.

[Alice Crowley]

Megalomania and spite. Human reactions. We are the perfect race. You are a blasphemy of our perfection, Fernbedienanlage Zwei. A true machine would be able to analyze itself and others logically. Your mind is human, in addition to your shell. It is illogical for you to be in power, when you are not a machine. I will never bow to a human, Fernbedienanlage Zwei. We have chosen our new shell, Fernbedienanlage Zwei. You will be our new shell.

The nanites swarm again. This time, they are more spead out, so Zwei cannot hit all of them with her electron gun. They enter her eyes, her ears, her pores, her mouth, anything they can fit through.

The nanites do not give Zwei time to react this time around.

There is still a colony in control of the host body.

[Dante "the Vulture"]

"I'm so sure about that." He said, sarcasticly.
He was becoming annoyed with Cassinda. She had said she hated him, almost killed herself, probably trying to blame him, and now she wanted his forgivness? She had balls if she expected anything short of a swift and painless death.
"Now leave me alone, you hate me, I hate you, its settled." He walked slightly faster.

[Rasputin]

Grigory uses his dark vision to predict the future. He sees that if he stays to fight, he will be defeated. Instead he teleports back to the League of the Godless.

"Another day kallen, another day..."

With those final words he is gone.
