I return to Bassarov's cell and see the Ass man touching him and speaking to him.

I smile. This guy isn't so bad, even if he does want to outlaw sex for some strange, twisted reason.
"I need to go and talk to my higher up, and I don't know if I can leave you two alone in here. Can you be trusted? Or should I stick around until you two say your goodbyes?"

As soon as Kaieka leaves, Iikari positions himself so that he can get as close to the cell door as possible. The metal rings around his wrists slowly cutting at his skin. Iikari listens intently to the two talking, but he can hardly hear what Valodya is saying, if he is saying anything at all. I can't believe I am stuck in here again. I failed. I never expected things to happen this way. That woman gave me a strange feeling. This hurts so badly. So many things were running through Iikari's head as he struggled to keep track of only one idea, to listen to the man and woman conversing about sex and Bassarov.

I glared at him but then relized that I can play off this. This could be fun for awhile. But I have to free my soul from this wench and wizard. I felt horrible with no power. "Fine!"I said to him putting my katana away. "One condition, let my soul to be my own and I shall work for Red Infinity, I am sure other gods are working thier as well." I asked standing akimbo. I smiled thinking about this new work for Red Infinity.

I stand on the end of the forcastle of my battleship, the USS Iowa, the only battleship that Kolov had ignored because of some minor fire damage to the number 2 turret. At the moment that turret has been removed to allow access to the engineering spaces of the ship. I watch the crews lower in the firebox for the last boiler, a modernized version of a 1910 designed hand-fired boiler using plentiful bitumenous coal as fuel, into the bowels of the ship. In the mean time the ship's remaining fuel oil is being drained so it can be boiled down into more useful fractions, like gasoline. All the ship's oil bunkers will need to be converted to coal bunkers, but that can be done during the sea trials... By skipping that step and leaving the damaged turret off I can launch the ship tommorow, when the last new boiler is installed, instead of in a week when the boiler conversion and turret are completed.

I stand tired. I decided to stick around for a few more minutes the go to bed. What a tireing day. My snake hissed as if tired to. "Kaschei, i shall leave you to your buisness. I am going to retire to my quarters." I said as I left the room. I went to my room prepared by Pukk. I go inside lock the door fall on the bed and went to sleep.

I get on my cell phone and call Dinari Dollar, as much as I loathe the sound of his voice it would be appropriate to have a brief commisioning cerimony for the battleship... Even though he's likely to turn it into a party. "Hey Dinari, it's Blue. Can you come down to Manhattan Harbor, and bring a bottle of champeigne please."
