Zinn smells.... traces of chlorine gas and sulphuric acid.
That's very, very bad.
She tries to yell to warn people, but all that comes out is something resembling a strangled cough.
Zinn goes into her pack, and takes out her gun. She fires it into the cieling three times, hoping that anyone in the house will notice, and get out.
Zinn uses her stealth ability again, and leaves the house at a run. She isn't very fast, but she wants to put as much distance between her and the gas as possible.

"Very good." I watch the girl get up and bow, then walk out of the room. I begin to write up a list of names that I want this one to deal with personally. My memories come to an end just as my cigarette burns down to my fingers. I walk back into the house and see that he is still there... The man that I had once been told to kill, and that now I would die to protect. It is strange how it works out sometimes, but at least here I am happy...

I sigh. "Well Helsinki has been flattened, but most of the foundations and underground infrastructure is still intact. We only have to rebuild what's on the surface." I state. I motion to the sandwiches and coffee I had set by the bed.
