Dionysus blinks several times. "Son? You have a son? How can you... I'm suprised Mistress, you never mentioned having a son before. This is him?" Dionysus looks at Aneurin and his eyes widen. He doesn't say anything but looks back at Mistress. "Perhaps I could have a word with you? In private?"

Kaschei chuckles. He too is amused by the idea of having undead construction workers rebuild the city. It will be interesting to see how people react to it.
"Well, it helps us out, since it is a never before tapped labor market, and we don't have to pay them overtime."

"I assume that all the compensation for rebuilding the city will go to my coffers then?" I ask slyly. "After all, raising an undead army is hard work, and I am sure Red Infinity could afford to compensate me accordingly."

"It will be worth your while. Red Infinity is the highest paying employer in the world." Kaschei replies.
"We are also the only employer in the world, but who cares about such petty details."

"Excellent. I've always wanted some genuine artifacts crafted by a Chronomancer," I say, a slight smile on my face.
"I'll get right on it. Anything else I need to know before I leave?"

Kaschei is not sure what to give Ixy, but will find something.
"No, that is all." He responds.

I bow to Kaschei and leave the building. Returning to my dragon form, I fly to Helinski and begin raising my minions, concentrating my energy on making solid, tangible undead. I begin ordering them to reconstruct the city.

Kaschei teleports back to the past to be with Kaieka. He finds her in a room, reading one of his spell books. He is not impressed.
"Kaieka, you really ought not to read from those. I was not kidding. You could cause some great harm to yourself."

Ivan awoke inside his bunk. He walked down the hallway to the control room, where he found Zelos and Rib watching screens and sipping coffee in the control room. Ivan looked outside. He saw Earth and was hit with a breeze of grief.
"Hey Ivan, what's new with you this morning?" asked Zelos.
"Not bad, Zelos. Not bad," replied Ivan.
"You look like hell. You might want to consider a hair cut," said Zelos.
Ivan lost track of time and space staring at Earth. The only thing he could think of was his poor son, left behind on that giant rock. That giant beautiful rock that he considered home.
"How long are you going to do this to yourself, Ivan? Whatever happened in Amsterdam, it wasn't your fault. You've just gotta be a little more careful with your hurricane power, that's all. It doesn't mean you should abandon everything you know and force yourself into exile. Bud, we're glad to have you up here and we'll let you stay at base for as long as you want, but this isn't doing anything for you. You've gotta go back home. We all do. It's the only way we can find ourselves," said Rib.
"Dude shut up! Ivan's got enough to worry about. We shouldn't make things harder on him," said Zelos.
Ivan walked back to his bunk. Ivan grabbed a photograph of his son.
"Who am I kidding?"
Ivan put on his clothing and holstered his pistol.
Zelos and Rib watched the monitors at their outlook on Ganymede where nothing really happened. Suddenly lights began flashing, security cameras snapped on and the alarm started blaring. Zelos spit his coffee out at the screen.
"Someone is stealing the new Desperado! Security breech, security breech!" exclaimed Zelos.
"It's Ivan!" shouted Rib.
Ivan piloted the new mech on a course back to Earth.

Keitoleinen watches as Kalma leaves to heal people and revive the dead. He leans back in his cushy chair and tries not to think of Calithin or Surma. Surma is likely alive...somewhere. Gods are difficult to kill.

Helene rinses herself off and steps out of the shower. She wraps herself in a big towel, kisses Deetric on the lips and turns to the mirror. Enjoy some time alone. I am going to visit Bassarov. You know where to find me. She turns to kiss him again then walks out of the bathroom.

Deetric, a towel wrapped around his waist, slides his arms around Helene from behind as she is about to leave the bathroom, holding her back. He slides on arm around her waist and the other her shoulders.
He leans close and kisses the base of her neck. "I've been having alone time for awhile Helene." He smells her skin, kissing her neck again. "I'd like to enjoy some 'us' time before you run off to Valodya..."
