The Only Evidence of Night

["Zero" Americanski]

"Okay, that works." I lead her to a coffee shop that I caught out of the corner of my eye, and order an extra large, extra strong black coffee.

[Sayuka]

I simply order and iced tea and sit down with her.

"So how have things been, Zero? It's been a while since we last talked."

["Zero" Americanski]

"Things have been going well... That is except for my birthday. Valodya and I had gone to the Symphony, and Red Infinity showed up and killed a lot of people. The next day I woke up with bronchitis. So the last few days have been pretty miserable." I sigh and drink my coffee, despite it's being boiling hot.

[Sayuka]

"How aweful. Things have been good here. Japan was not hit as hard by the Zwei incident. The only trouble in my life is from this dragon who is obsessed with me. I wish he would find another love interest. He has good characteristics, I'm just not interested."

["Zero" Americanski]

"Oh. I wish I could help you, but I didn't know I was even capable of love before I met Valodya. With us it just, well, happened." I drink more coffee and get out a cigarette, but see the no smoking sign and put it behind my ear instead of lighting it.

Er, certainly. French. Very nice country. Unfortunatly, we have a mission to be getting to. But, you could always help. He looked at the man and then at Nitas.

One of Peter's bullets hits me in the arm. I fall back against the broken television set, but am able to heal my arm.

Peter is totally trashing my house!!
In a fit of rage I fire all 17? rounds of my Glock-18c at Peter then teleport away to safety. Kelthassil can deal with him. I've had it.

I find myself at the Ministry of Terror and decide to pay Misha
a visit.
I enter his cell and sit across from him on the floor.

"I am having such a bad day! Uh, Peter the Owl!!"

I look ta him peculiar. "I am a nihilist. I got a map to the base. Can you dierect me htier, if its no trouble." I said trusting him a little.

[Sayuka]

"I can't complain though. My life is going well other than that and I am glad to soon be returning to more meaningful political work."

["Zero" Americanski]

"Well I'm glad politics makes you happy. For me, I try not to be political." The reason for that is obvious... "I'll listen to Valodya talk about politics, and revolution, and all that... But I just do it to make him happy. I just want to love and be loved, and to serve a kind master."

[Sayuka]

"I can see how that could possibly lead to conflict, I am not sure that I could ever date someone whose politics were at least a little like my own."

["Zero" Americanski]

"Valodya and I are almost total opposites... That may be why we like each other so much, because we are diffferent. He already has Misha, who's very much like him... Hell, I don't know. For me I was first attracted to him because he gave me a purpose in life, and showed me many things that I didn't even know existed."

He turned around. A Nihilist, eh? Well, certainly. He directed her about seven blocks and arrived at the 'base'. Small, but cozy. He said, entering. He saw Soren and the others siting there. One was even kniting.

"That makes sense. How are you feeling? You mentioned you had bronchitis."

["Zero" Americanski]

"I'm still not all the way recovered, but I feel a lot better. The fresh air helps, even if I am smoking. Other than that just a little cold." I look down at the button up shirt and jeans that I am wearing, and decide that getting some warmer clothes might not be a bad idea.
