The Only Evidence of Night

[Tensuo]

Tensuo looks at the girl, revealing his pitch black eyes.

"No, it is fine. I have no need for sleep anyway. Oh!"

Tensuo frantically grabs for his hood, but it was proving to be elusive.

[Koto]

"Oh, wow." Koto looks at his eyes in an interested manner. "That's neat, by your eyes I take it you're not human. I'm Koto, rebel hacker. You don't need to cover your eyes, I think they're rather cool. If you don't mind me asking, what are you?"

She asks, smiling. "Oh, and may I come in?"

[Anna Khodorkovsky]

"You know everyone..." I say in amazement. Phillipe is so wonderful. Maybe he is immortal and lives each day over and over just to perfect impressing me.
I look at the painting for a long while. It is great to actually see it in real life.

[Set]

I sigh.

"Did you know that humans carry their burden around in different parts of their bodies. Most often times, it is where they are sore. I can tell by the tension in your back that you're feeling guilty again, I can feel it in your back. Do not fret, my lady, you are not using me." I say, continuing to rub out all of the knots in her back.

[Phillippe Montaille]

"Are you getting 'ungry madmoiselle? It is almost lunch time, and we can have a meal before we continue to explore la musee."

[Tensuo]

Tensuo freezes, then gives up his attempt to grasp his hood.

"Feel free." he says as he waves his hand, motioning her in to the room.

"I just got here anyway. Yes you are correct in assuming I am not human. I am not of this earth actually. But I am more than an alien as well, though that is another matter..."

Tensuo clears his throat.

"What about you?"

[Lady Violet]

"Yes, we went over this last time. You do what you do willingly. And I appreciate it. You comfort me. My nights with you help me to survive my days."

[Set]

I blush slightly.

"My lady... Is too kind... Certainly any operative would do the same for such a woman as yourself." I say, still not quite understanding why she seems to favor me. I have always been a humble servant, and it feels great to have such praises from someone such as herself.

I rub up to her neck, and around her scalp.

[Sayuka]

"I was looking in the paper and saw an add for a dragon dating service. You might want to check it out Valkoinen. Since you are a friend of mine, but you will never be anything more."

[Haya-Ji "The Hamster"]

He opens his mouth but decides to leave the gay thing where it lay. If it didn't matter to him he wouldn't care to hear more. But one thing needed to be said.

"Cassinda eats spiders Dante. She likes them. Its something about her past. And well when you love someone you can't wait to see them. And when you do your heart seems to jump into your throat and your stomach gets jittery. Its just something you know inside of you. Its how I kno....Its just something you know."

He sits down and watches Dante eat. He hopes he had made sense this time.

[Lady Violet]

I turn around and put my arms around him. I push my head into his chest.
"It is hard sometime. So many people worry about me. I want to be stronger and not have anyone have to worry. But it can be so much sometimes. Life wants to sweep me under it. It is hard to stay on top."

[Valkoinen Joki]

i chuckle alittle and look at the table. "a dragon dating service?... is it really that pathetic to be a dragon anymore?...". i sigh and look up. "... i see...., very well, but i still refuse to give up trying....". i look at her again. "ready?..."

[Dante "the Vulture"]

Dante nods at Haya-Ji's sagely wisdom.
"I think I understand what your saying, Haya-Ji. And I think that I will get started on a present as soon as I can."
And with that, Dante stood up and walked off, leaving Haya-Ji alone in a corridor with three dead bodies, all of which were missing parts.
