"I have questions on the policy of rebellion. You stated that whenever the leash is tightened, it incites a greater reaction and more frequent uprisings from the rebels. Well, wouldn't it be easier to get them to come out and then just... go Hiroshima on them?" he asked, sitting down.
Once again... Joseph Stalin was not used to asking permission or waiting for approval.

I stop as i sense someone appear being me, i turn and take a step to the side only to see Set. i frown slightly at hearing him and then turn fully. "Set... you cant possibly be serious....". i frown again, "well then, this is.... interesting...". *...d**n, why the hell would they send him after me?... the city is being rebuilt... i am a body guard, god, cant they give me a break....*. i flex my claws abit, trying to decide if i should just go with him, or battle him in order to see if i do go

"We have done that in the past, but there are always more. We have leveled entire cities to put down the rebels. For example, Helsinki. Helsinki has been leveled and rebuilt numerous times. But the rebels are everywhere and unless we destroyed every city in the world, there is little use in such destruction." I state.

*pregnant dog* I thought as I stumble. i walk up to her. "Well, whats up?" I say as I hear about the French being attacked. "What? Attacked?" I said as I gasped. *I love putting on a show.* I thought. I then saw Phillippe. I glided towards him. "And you are?" I asked smiling. *He's my dear Phillippe now.*

Stalin nodded. This made sense, sort of.
"And what of... Lin-Sat? I'm having trouble figuring him out... is he a Socialist or a Communist?" he asked, stroking his mustache.

I rest my hand on the hilt of my sword. "Brother, please, I do not wish for this any more than you. But I am under orders. I would expect you to do the same to me, were you ordered to capture me."

"Yes. My healing abilities should more than suffice. I must make a quick sweep of the building and gate out all the civilians."
I fly inside, my wings writhing and suffused with light. Several gates open almost immediately, and the haggard members of La Resistance begin fleeing out of them, many of them carrying their comrades."

Finally the ship is docked. I order the fires in all of the boilers dropped so the boilers can be inspected. The boilers and grates are still new, and the stoker crews inexperianced. A warped grate or leaking boiler in an emergency could be disasterous! The black coal smoke rapidly fades as the fires are extinguished, and as soon as the electrical umbilical is connected white steam erupts from the stacks as the boilers are purged. The coaling procedure begins again, and all nonessential personell are granted shore leave.

"Lin-Sat is neither, quite honestly. He doesn't care about politics, only his own power. But officially he is a communist, although I doubt he has ever even bothered to read Marx." I reply.

As I see the wounded Resistance members exiting the gates, I run towards them and help them carry the others through, working fast so that we can lay out the wounded and tend to them easier.

"He seems a tad militant for a communist..." Stalin said, kneading his forehead with his thumb and forefinger.
"This is a bit off topic, but why did you burn the portraits of my allies from WWII?"

I wince slightly at Paris's atrocious accent.
"Er... merci madmoiselle. Forgive me but I must attend to my comrades now."
