"Of course. National defense is your concern, and attack of other nations and insurgents is mine. Unfortunately for the both of us military funding is relatively low compared to most other Ministries..."

"So I noticed..." he said, rolling his eyes.

"Hey, you notice that the minister that gets payed most is the Minister of Finance? Coincidence? I think not..." he said, only 1/4 joking.

"Yes I did notice. And of course both us Ministers and our Ministries sufer for it. Hell, if the previous War Minister hadn't brought most of our equipment with him then we'd be seriously underequipped."

"Just getting rapid fire weapons with armor piercing bullets to be standard issue. See, what made the Panthers a threat, was the fact that we ALL had either armor piercing bullets, or Rapid Fire weapons. Now, even our soldiers don't have that.

"Have you seen the crapass standard issue guns they get? It's sad! They got freakin' pistols!" Huey said. "Come on, let's talk over a few rounds."

"Agreed." I walk with him to a nearby firing range. "The problem with these communists is they are pacifists at heart. Assault rifles don't go along with pacifisim. Policy is not my department, but once you get the red tape cleared up I can help provide you with Stoner (M16) or Kalashnikov (AK47) rifles, your option of course."

"M-16 has better accuracy. Both when it comes to aiming and the actual direction the bullet goes. Sometimes the AK-47... you can be shooting north and a bullet will head frickin' south for the winter." he sighed.

"That only applies to Soviet Kalashnikovs, but if you prefer M16 rifles that is what I will arrange for you. It is madness that they expect you to police the world armed with smallbore handguns. Especially considering some of the rebels that we have to deal with."

"Being who and what I am dosen't mean I have nothing to do. I have a life. Even if it is meaningless, I wish to accomplish such goals as the work of many people's doings.
