Ski's blade clashes against the Light Shield. The shield fades as the blade is turned away. Twisting away from the strike Peter brings Numistar upwards as he turns, striking up at Ski as the man rushes forwards and past him, carried by his own forward momention.

Stringing his liquid flow movement together, Peter brings the sword around above him as he finishes the turn and releases it, sending the blade spinning through the air at Kelthassil.

Mac nuzzles Kaschei. His enormous snout causing the sorcerer to move backwards a bit.

And why should I help you Tsubaki? I would gladly help my sorcerer but you...I do not care for. You are meddlsome and get in the way. What is in it for me if i tell you were the egg is? And yes I do know where it is...

Mac laughs a bit and keeps his snout on his sorcerer. He send Kaschei a mental message only he can hear.

Macs jealousy is thick and shows with every word he speaks and thinks.

I form adamantine blades and use them in tandem to strike the sword out of the air, before, ducking down and vanishing again.

Machiavelli, there is no need to be jealous. She is only a friend through a shared passion for magic. You should not be so quick to jealously when you know that you are the my most trusted companion.

I have waited long enough. I decide to appear before Ukko, just behind him so I can look over his shoulder at the ball.

The sword bursts into flames, vanishes, and returns in a flash of white fire to Peter's hand. He stops, waiting. d**n that white elf... whatever trick he was using when he vanished, he really vanished.

Two attacks, two failures on the elf's part so far. Sooner or later he was going to get a lukcy shot. Peter's lenses beep, the power meter for the Light Shield recharging. It only took a moment or two to recharge but that was one less layer of defense between him and the enemy until that time.

All while Cassinda is feeding Dr. Von Stranggle a load of bullnuts about her childhood, she thinks of Peter. It would be nice to know if he was dead, even if he did abandon LIF. She could fathom leaving, but where would she go? To him? Doubt it. He could give her the cold shoulder or even kill her in a horrible way. But she isn't content where she is. No one has seen nor heard of Dante for a long time. Hellfire knows what happend to Kasumi. If she had to guess, Kade is cybering and Yuber is f**king some other woman. Haya is probably off somewhere, jacking off to a I Love Peter shirt. And Dr.Lenna?

She sighs and stands up. Its best not to dwell on that. The pain only makes her realize she lost another mother.

I unleash a Greater Dispelling attack to end any ongoing powers in the area. I appear right in front of Peter and thrust both of my blades at his throat.

Helene decides that if he is still asleep, it is best to leave him alone. When he wants to find her, he will.
Instead she sighs and gets dressed. Her orginal thought was to visit Bassarov and thats exactly what she is going to do.
