Breaking the Foundation

[Ukko]

"When this is over, I may need you to restore life to the lands damaged by Satsujin. Until then, it is a matter of watching and waiting."

[Karina Bassarov]

Karina sighs and runs her hand through her hair.
Fine. But only if we can get a cabin. I hate sitting among complete strangers. It makes my skin crawl.
She shudders at the memory of the last time she took a train.

[Xavier Jaures]

"Sure, that will be fine. I will pack some things and we can leave as soon as you are ready." Xavier goes to his room to pack some things for the short trip to Serbia.

[Akka]

Fine...
Akka raises her hand and a low set white chair appears to Ukko's right. She moves to sit in this chair and watches the fight through the ball.
I don't suppose... you know how long this is going to last?

[Ukko]

"If you are so impatient, my dear, then perhaps you should give the mortals a little help. The one who has the obsidion kampa is named Ilmarinen. Maybe you can help the rebels find him."

[Karina Bassarov]

Fine. I'll be right back.
Karina teleports to her hotel room and starts looking through the suitcase to make sure her clothes are packed. She always keeps her things packed in case Red Infinity tried to take her in. Satified, she teleports back and sits on the sofa.
I'm ready.

[Akka]

Akka smiles and leans toward Ukko.
I will find this Ilmarinen and prove my impatience has reason.
She lands a quick kiss on Ukko's cheek and teleports away, leaving only the scent of daisies. Now, she must seek out the leader of the rebels. Valodya Bassarov.

[Xavier Jaures]

"I am ready as well." Xavier grabs his bag and heads out the door with Karina. They head to the train station and wait a short while to board the train. They take the first train out of Paris, which will be stopping in Milan. They will have to stay in Milan over night before catching a train to Croatia, then another to Serbia.
Xavier and Karina board the train. The train is fairly empty since most people take teleportation booths.

[Karina Bassarov]

Karina follows Xavier back to the cabin and steps in. Its fairly clean, which is expected since no one has slept in it for months.
I feel very foolish taking the train.
She throws her bag onto a bed and sits next to it.
This will be a boring two days. I dont even have any restrictive books to read.

[Valodya Bassarov]

Bassarov looks around the farm for Lemminkainen but finally gives up when it becomes clear that the Finnish warrior is not around.

"You think being in Finland we could find a Finnish person who knows something of the ancient gods."

[Xavier Jaures]

"I like taking the train. It feels a lot safer than flying or teleporting." Xavier goes to his cabin.
"Our first stop is in Milan. I am going to rest now for a while. We will change trains there."
He shuts the sliding door and rests on the thin matress of his small room. Despite the bumps and the clanking over the tracks his is able to fall asleep.

[Akka]

No, but being in Finland, you can find a Finnish Goddess that knows someting about anicent gods.
Akka teleported behind Bassarov and smiles, though he can't see it.

Bassarov turns and is mildly shocked to see the attractive woman materialize behind him.
"Oh, and who might you be? You are here...to help me?"

[Akka]

Akka takes a deep breath and closes her eyes.
I am Akka. Wife of Ukko. Im goddess of Strength, femine sexuality, ferility and harvest. I have other jobs as well, but lets not get into that. And yes, I am here to help you.

"Good, I am looking for a certain artifact to be used against Satsujin. You don't happen to know where I might find this artifact?"
