"Unlikely, but possible. What of the others? Have you meet the others?"

Dr. Murdock opens her computer, and finds a rather queer message.
She types back, curious.
*If you are a hacker, why have you bothered asking?* Dr. Murdock does some quick typing. Since there doesn't seem to be any sort of problem to counter, she cannot attack whoever this is yet. *Do you want to? I would prefer that you do not.*
The message is odd though. It doesn't trace anywhere. Hackers that can give false signals regarding their location are rather common, but this one doesn't give any signal. Not even a masked one.

I nod. I know that I will have to build more plutonic friendships in order to escape my persistant lonliness, but I don't know how... What I don't seem to remember is that Bassarov and I were plutonic friends before we fell in love.

Andrew continues to make a ruckus.
"HEY! YOU GUYS!"
"Umm.... I'LL TELL YOU HOW TO USE THE KAMPA!!" Andrew lies.
He sinks down nedt to the door, exausted. They hadn't given him quite enough water to completely heal, and his body aches. Throwing himself against the door hadn't helped much.

"I will." I say to Hope. I turn to Peter. "I haven't met any other androids." I turn back to hope, deciding to tell her the truth about why I am here. "You had asked why I was here... Well, I wanted to talk to Mischa.... About our son..."

"You have a son...with Mikhael Nadyezhda?"

"Yes..." I say, staring at the ground and fidgeting nervously. "As to how and where we mated you would have to ask him, I have no memory of it... Mitya, our son, is now 21, physically older than I am by about 18 months. He is loyal to Red Infinity, and I can't leave him either. Yet I think that Mischa should have at least some say over how his son is raised."

Mary walks down one of the halls of Alpha Site, carrying a dufflebag containing gym clothes and a few toiletries. She doesn't have very much time for recreation ordinarily, and she likes to keep in shape. Her shoes, which are rubber soled, do not make the clacking noise that high heels make. Mary is quite secure in her hight, despite the fact that most of the other members of LIF tower over her.

I say to Linda "I just said that I don't know... Zwei must have made me do... something." I turn to Hope and my heart goes out to her; all I really care about now is the welfare of my son, something that Hope will probaly never know. "I wish I could help you..."

The Monitor hums to itself, floating around the centeral lap, skimming over and around the working scientists, offering suggestions, answering questions, generally doing it's job and enjoying it.
His own project was being processed even as he flow about. Multitasking was simple for a machine like himself.
