"A lot of communists just don't know what to do this time of year. I am one of them. I want to do something nice for people. I don't care about gifts or songs or trees, I just want to do something nice."

"Thats a shame. Giving in to Red Infinity. I guess they weren't true rebels, just in to get the popularity vote and when it came down to it they got scared." Kaze sipped her tea again. "The true rebels will surface its just not the right time for them. And when they do, Red Infinity has something to fear."

"Sure, I'd like that very much. It'd be an honor." Huey said. He payed the cashier and stood up, putting on his sunglasses as he began heading for the door.

"And that's the idea. For awhile now the only active rebels have been Valodya, Mischa and myself. We're hoping that changes soon."

"Aww that's so sweet Garret. We could volunteer at a soup kitchen or help the homeless in so way. Or maybe we could make something for the poor. To show our support."

Bassarov walks him back to the apartment he shares with Mischa. He would get his own apartment, but he has grown to enjoy living with his friend. "So, this is where I live. Make yourself comfortable."

"Maybe we could volunteer at an orphanage. There are lots of kids who are alone this time of year and I think it would be nice to do something for them. Maybe we could...just hang out with them, and show them that people care."

Huey nodded and sat down on the sofa. He looked around at the cozy appartment.
"So, this Mischa... you said he'd have a lot to say to me. Would it be like the things I have to say to you, or what the beaurocrats had to say about the Panthers?" Huey asked.

"Well you can count me in as active. I guess after the last fight I had to chill for awhile. A dead rebel isn't a good rebel at all."

"I just meant it in a generic sort of way. He and I don't have many people who can level with us politically. We are very alone politically. Most rebels don't take our politics seriously. That is all I meant."

"Yeah..." I say as I light my after-dinner cigarette. "And I'm glad to hear that you're back with us. Right now I am trying to track down Mischa..." It occurs to me that a big part of the reason Mischa and I have a hard time getting along is that each of us walked in on the other, and I decide that it'd be better if I wasn;t alone when I found him. "Care to join me?"

"I know what you mean. There was a bunch of brothers who didn't really think we could accomplish it either. They only joined up because they wanted to make a difference, even if it wasn't the one the Panthers stood for. Heck, if not for Bobby I think I might not have even got around to starting the whole thing... thank God for good friends." Huey said, not knowing that this would probably hit home with Bassarov as well.

"Zero I would you know that but i have a few loose ends to tie up. I have to finish that first but if you find me later and you have not found him yeah ill join with you. Just not right now." Kaze's said without a smile or any type of facial expression.

"So how is it that you are alive and here today? I thought you were murdered in Oakland in 1989 or something like that." Bassarov isn't sure if he remembers the date so he blushes out of embarassment.

"Okay. I'll just go alone then." I say as I get up and pay the waiter. I then resume my search.
