Noe turns to face Erika, looking at her with his sleep expression. His eyes slowly travel along her whole body with the uncomfortable feeling like he can see through her, see inside her.
"You should take something for the morning sickness, Ms. Erika." He takes a step closer and mets her eyes. "May I?"

"No!" I say in surprise when Noe approaches me. "How did you know I was pregnant?"

Well, watching human men swoon over me I find annoying, not amusing like I used to. So now I have to find some other entertainments, so, we're even.
Silver says with a slight giggle. She was happy he'd missed her, since she'd missed him. She had also been nicer to humans, as she had just displayed to the strangers on the street, but she didn't really want anyone she knew to know that.

Noe looks slightly suprised. "Erika, I was here when Violet took you to meet the other parent of the child. I dearly wished to know who it was but Violet has not told me. Such is her right of course.
Anyhow, I know a great many things, usually without knowing how I know them. Strange isn't it?"
Noe leans closer to Erika, putting his lips right beside her ear. He whispers, so very quietly, "You are like us, Erika. Humans who are so much more so. If ever you have the need, all you must do is ask it of us."
Leaning back, Noe gently places a hand on Erika's shoulder. His eyebrows twitch slightly. "A girl, I think. I hope you have a good German name for her. But I still can not see that father." Removing his hand, Noe turns back to Violet, "You hide him very well, Violet. I don't know what man you would find worth of such a project... but I do intend to find out... someday."
Noe bows, and smiles. "If there is nothing else to discusse?"

"Oh, you're so mean to me Violet." Noe smiles and shakes his head slightly. "I'm going to so enjoy this little game of hide and seek. After all, sooner or later, everything comes to the surface. But that's a discussion for another time. I will leave you and Erika to have your talks." Noe turns and opens the door, walking out of the office. As he passes out the door, he fades away and is gone.

I watch Noe leave, and a shudder passes through me. "I don't like him very much... I think he was looking into my body."
"When my daughter is born... What should I tell her about the father? I can't tell her the truth, it'd be... unseemly."

"I think he was trying to figure out who the father was, but don't worry, no one will know."
I consider what she should tell her daughter about the father.
"Tell her that her father disappeared. That he was loyal to Red Infinity, but no one knows where he went. Tell her that he was close of Violet, but that is all you know. That would not be a lie."

Runic shakes his head, and scracthes the back of his head, "No, I don't. I haven't been out for awhile. But we can always go for a walk and try to find an interesting place."
