Ludda didn't say much as he dined with Riku and Freakboy. He was worried about the nuclear winter that Zero warned about. His mind always worried about weapons and machines. The only potentially good side of nuclear war would be that it would set civilization back to a simpler time.

I mean, you kinda understand me. Everyone else I know isn't very fond of me, which is my own fault I suppose but... but you don't seem to mind being around me."
The magic circle pulses slightly. The spell is ready to use. But Peter ignores it.

I am unbothered by the brandless products and pull a brandless diet cola soda out of the brandless refridgeration unit.

Shade shrugs, "Alright, fine." The vampire turns around and leaves, leaving Raine by herself in the base. As long as he's here maybe he should say hello to but then he remembers: he doesn't care about anybody here. Time to move on then. He'd be back for that painting.
