"It may not have been the news I wanted to hear today and I do hope that nothing bad comes of it, but generally, attacking the FRA and blaming it on Red Infinity is a good idea since it would set two of our political enemies against one another. I just hope things work out as planned."
"Mischa and I already spoke with Erika and Despair, so with any luck, Iris will be brought here and there was no need for a second visit from you. Though, I appreciate the effort."

Once the fire is burning hotly and the firebox full I walk back out. "I'm not worried about a direct hit. The FRA only has 20 warheads and they're all aimed at Red Infinity. But we might get hit by a fallout plume, or Red Infinity might take the oppertunity to attack us just for nutss and giggles. The point being I believe in preparedness. Now I told you I'd stay out of politics, and I am. I'm just warning you that you may have propagated a fourth World War."

"If Zero is so sure that they will attack us, is there any way we can attack them again and disable some of their ability to cause damage to our base or the city?"

"A fourth world war would not be my fault, however it may be a good thing. A fourth world war would cause so much chaos that between The LIF, FRA and Red Infinity's attacks on one another, we would be able to continue to turn them at one another and then kill the remaining survivors that are loyal to whichever one wins and liberate this world from the opressive grips of these vile and evil super powers."

"Didn't I just say they won't attack us unless they know we attacked them? I said we'd get hit by fallout because we're downwind from Moscow!" I sigh loudly. It seems that no one listens in a crisis.

"I trust Erika. She seemed as though she truly wanted the best for her daughter. All we can do right now is wait."
"Did you say something Zero?" Bassarov has been distracted all day. He is worried about getting a job and the FRA situation.
"True, but most cities with ministries are somehow nuclear weapon proof. That would mean an attack would do more damage to the environment than to Red Infinity. I am sure the FRA knows that."

"Ok then, while we're waiting, how about we take our minds off this depressing business of another world war. Let's get something to eat." Freak Boy suggested, smashing the bag of the video tapes and then throwing it onto the electrified train tracks.

"Just nevermind." I grab the tapes off the tracks since they just sit there and take them with me to the locomotive, where I throw them into the firebox bafore adding more coal. The boiler water temperature is already 120 degrees, due largely to the fact that the coal that was in the firebox is special high-energy coal, but it has to get to almost 300 degrees before it'll go full speed... I walk back out, now covered with coal dust. "Yes, we should get some food. It'll help to calm us all down."

"Yeah. And, in an attempt to quell your anger at me, Zero, I'll buy." Freak Boy said, displaying something he hadn't held in a looooong time. Cash.

"We could move everyone to Lapland for a while. Maybe it would be a good idea to leave the city. It is hard to do political work in such isolation, but, we would be safer I feel." Bassarov suggests as they walk to a local cafe.

"Yes Riku, I think you are right. I feel like Helsinki is my home. I have been running and building political bases for too long. I think we owe it to the people here to stay and protect them. Maybe I was being selfish." Bassarov concedes

Since I still haven't recieved an answer I send another ultamaedum (sp?) to Red Infinity demanding an immediate explination for the unprovoked attack on our factory facility and immediate compensation, and a threat of retaliation if these demands are not met in the next hour.I order all my sea and air forces to DEFCON 3 and my missiles to DEFCON 2. Massive 25 megaton hydrogen bombs are loaded into long-range B-36 bombers which take off from Capital City air base and immediately assume their deterrance patrol routes. Onboard the fleet every ship sounds general quarters and all weapons are made ready for immediate use, though safteys and primers are kept on safe for the moment...
