Raz excuses herself from the meeting when Ezra rushes off. The talks are not going as well as with La Resistance. The Black Hand is far too much like a terrorist organization for her taste. Raz also considers asking David Simone to recruit a diplomat. She's a soldier, and isn't particularly adept at this.
Raz teleports to Ezra's room.
"Are you alright?" she asks in Hebrew. She feels so much more comfortable speaking it. It isn't her first language, but it is the most important to her.

"I caught part of the radio show and thought that you did a good job. I was impressed." Bassarov replies.

"Thank you!" I say, somewhat amazed. "That's the first time I've ever spoken in public like that. I mean I've talked with a group of your rebels, and of course when I worked for the FRA I taught some of the younger generation of my kind, but it was never more than ten people. I'm glad you're impressed." I smike.

"My sister...she was killed by the FRA. I just got the message from one of her anarchist friends." Ezra replies. His voice is even and emotionless. He feels many things, but somehow none of these emotions will manifest themselves in the way he would like. Instead, he feels a raw and cold sadness, but it is trapped and will not surface.

"I am going to the school this afternoon to check things out and meet some of the students. I'll talk to you later." Bassarov says as he prepares to leave.

"Well I've got work to do too, turns out that locomotive made a huge mess in the metro..." I sigh, I truly dispise cleaning. "I just felt like stopping by. Hope your day goes well." I kiss him on the cheek and begin to walk to the metro.
(OOC if Mischa is in the room than I don't kiss Bassarov, but I don't have time to check. Cya tommorow)

"Oh," Raz exclaims, softly. She doesn't really know how to approach Ezra about this. Raz is a soldier. She has a margin of acceptable casualties, and dying in the line of duty, fighting for Israel, is an honor. She doesn't know how to approach this though. Simona Weil was a pacifist, which seems to make her death all wrong. Still, God, blessed be Hashem, has reasons. It is often hard to see them. Somehow, Raz believes that Ezra probably wouldn't agree with her though. It is a very hard thing to accept, even for her. She also considers asking him if he is going to sit Shiva. Technically, it is untraditional to sit Shiva if the body is missing, but in recent years, due to the often grisly deaths and cremation of Jewish freedom fighters by Red Infinity, the rabbis have agreed that a body is no longer necissary.
"I'm sorry."

"I don't know what to say either. I feel that my soul is a cloth torn to shreds. I feel a deep anger towards the FRA. I supported them. I thought that their cause was just. I now feel a raw hatred towards them. I know this is wrong, but it can not be helped. The Lord has given and the Lord has taken, blessed be the name of the Lord... empty and meaningless." Ezra quotes Job. He stands up and moves to the mirror in the room. He looks at himself and scowls. This is not an act of vanity but frustration. He takes the lamp and smashes it against the mirror. The mirror shatters all over the floor. "That is how I feel...."

I am really happy when Violet tells me that I will get my own Ministry in Helsinki. I take a train to Helsinki and start to move my things into my brand new office.
My new office is a lot bigger than the last one. The building is nice and new too! This will be great to be in Helsinki. With all these rebels around, it is good to have a Ministry in the middle of it all.
I take some boxes up to my office and start to set it up so it looks nice.

The man from ASS injects me with something. I know this won't be good. I close my eyes as he injects it into my arm. It is more comforting to not think about what it might be. I shake with worry, but say nothing to the man from ASS.

"I like to farm, fa la la la la la!" I sing loudly and out of tune. The farmers cover their ears. I just sing louder than. I am in a happy mood today!

"Right. That wasn't so bad was it?" Roland turn away, laugh. He passes out of the door and addresses the guards with his back to the cell. "Take her down to lock up. Give her twelve hours, then release her."

The guards take me away and put me in a cell. The cell is cold and lonely. I feel frightened, but can not cry. Maybe I am too afraid to cry or maybe somewhere inside I have the strength to not give them that satisfaction.

Steve steps out of the train station, his dark glasses showing between the folds of the scarf he has wrapped around his head. The thick fur coat he wears helps to fight the cold wind of winter. He hated the cold. But he had to come back to get some of his stuff. He didn't have much, but there were a few things he wanted. That... and he wanted to see if he could find Cynthia. She'd been missing for awhile. When women like Cynthia went missing, it usually ment very bad things had happened to them. Steve hoped not. She'd been a d**n fine person really. Maybe he could get her to come back to the Islands with him. Proably not but it was worth a shot.
